food not too bad, prices acceptable so overall not too bad, clearly some staffing issues in the kitchen, while waitress was very attentive took ages for the food to arrive, don't know if it was just a one off because of staff sickness (very sunny Sunday). overall not too bad.

I am absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of your staff tonight who clearly couldn't be bothered to work for the rest of the evening. We walked into the bar at 7:55 and the place was pretty much empty when we arrived... We asked for a table of 2 to eat to be told you have stopped serving food!!! We walked...

Went to this restaurant after a lovely day a Bournemouth beach before the 2 hour trek home with the kids. Chef and brewer restaurant so expected a certain standard. When we sat down, we were warned it was a 40 minute wait for food which was fine. It took 20minutes to get a menu off the waitress. 1 1/2 hour...

What a lovely pub restaurant. The staff were very friendly and attentive and I could not fault the service. Personally I thought the interior design was delightful, tastefully done with some great features that would not look out of place in a London hotel. The food was delicious with some nice vegetarian options. I had the Mango, Asparagus and Mozzarella...

We came here after we got ignored from another place. It was lovely light and well decorated. There was only three people working and they had constant smiles on their faces. The bar guy was lovely and had a few jokes with us and recommended the best food and drink. We had the set menu which was really good value...

For the price I paid for one night I expected much better from this place, the pictures all make it look nice and modern but in reality the place is battered. Being a seasoned traveller I've stayed in better travel lodges before they upgraded their policies! Not only is the place battered but it's extremely dusty and dirty and looked...

I have stayed in the New Forest several times and I love it, but never stayed at the White Rabbit before. The hotel room (no.7) was a very nice size, spacious and comfortable, but we did experience our fair share of problems during our stay. Firstly, someone had taken the batteries out of the to remote control for the tv!!?...

We booked 3 rooms here following a family wedding in July. The two family rooms are massive and the double was a good enough size but the place just needs a complete refurb - and the corridors were quite smelly. Breakfast was OK but we wanted an evening meal on the Sunday and they seemed to have run out of...
