My wife and I booked a 1 night stay (Friday) in October and we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Our hosts Wendy and Stefan were very welcoming and informative. The room was very clean with a nice size king bed. The mattress was quite hard but I was OK with that. Personal choice after all. The bathroom was...

We have just returned from a very nice relaxing two days in Lyndhurst at Little Hayes. From experience, when a hotel has high ratings it doesn't necessarily mean you will agree. However, in the case of Little Hayes it certainly earns its rating. Our room (No. 1) and en suite were beautifully clean, light and airy and very spacious. Hosts...

This lovely family-run B&B ticks all the right boxes. I was in Room 1 facing the back of the house so luckily didn't have a lot of traffic noise - though I could hear it each time I opened the toilet door. Room 1 has a comfortable four poster bed, a lovely room all in all. My veggie breakfast was...

What a lovely place to make your home for a few days. The room and bathroom was spotless and made up every day. The recommendation for places to eat really helped, and they helped make our silver wedding a very special day. The breakfasts were great, and Wendy and Stefan were the perfect hosts. Couldn't fault a thing. Would definitely...

We spent a very comfortable weekend here. The room was spacious and clean, with a bright and airy bathroom and lots of tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was also very tasty, all served by the very friendly and helpful owners. We felt that the price charged was very fair, considering some of the very expensive alternatives in the area.

Stayed here for a 2 night (child free) break and had a wonderful time. First b&b we have stayed in before and have set the standards high. Room was spotlessly clean and tidy with tea, coffee and bottled water. Breakfast was my personal highlight and kept me going most of the day. We had room 6 which had the (huge)...

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the central (yet quiet) location, the friendly owners and their advice on local points of interest, the breakfast (superb) and the clean/comfortable double room. Top marks.

Stayed two nights recently, good sized room with very good ensuite facilities. Excellent freshly cook breakfast to order with fantastic bacon. Parking directly outside and within walking distance of a great local pub and Lyndhurst village. Would highly recommend.

My husband booed this guest house for us for a birthday treat and we stayed for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago. We found the hosts to be super friendly, the breakfast was lovely with a good selection of cereals, fruit, etc followed by a delicious hot cooked breakfast made to order. Our rooms (room 6) was clean and...
