We stayed here for 2 nights along with friends. The property is large & welcoming. The room we had, Room 5, was lovely & very big! The owners couldn't do enough. They even saw that we had left fresh milk in our room in a carton when we went out for the day, so they placed a mini fridge in...

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write a fabulous review. We're very please that you enjoyed your stay with us and we hope that you enjoyed Beaulieu too. My apologies for the lateness of your breakfast which is as you say cooked freshly each morning. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Would highly recommend this b&b to anyone wanting to stay in what has to be the cleanest b&b we have ever stayed in. Bedrooms tastefully decorated, four poster extremely comfortable and the bathroom seemed like brand new although I don't think it was. Tea/coffee facilities plus an extra detail of supplying wine glasses! Breakfast was delivered quickly with the added...

I don't normally write reviews, but we booked for two nights at this charming BnB and I wanted to share my thoughts. The staff were excellent - very warm, professional and knowledgeable about the local area. Gave us just the right info on which pubs to go to and which to avoid, suggested a nice walk and warned us to...

Booked the double 4 poster room, It was a lovely clean & bright room. Facing the back of the house had no traffic noise at all. En-suite was great, lovely & warm with soft towels etc. My only down comment, was the matress on the bed was too soft . Breakfast had a good choice, lots to choose from. Very...

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. The room was clean and well-appointed, and we really appreciated some of the little touches - one doesn't always get fresh wine glasses put in the room at b&bs! The owners were really polite and helpful with recommendations about the area, and were eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is...

I booked through their website as another Booking site didn't show price or availability of single person stay. ( Top tip from the owners. .. ring for a discount ). Pleased with my stay . Room 2 was spotless with everything I could need ( although I couldn't work the TV) . It wasn't a chain clone like so many...

The B+B is in a lovely place, just on the edge of the town and within easy walking distance of pubs, shops, restaurants and everything else you would need. The owners were both very welcoming and helpful, lending us maps and trip ideas and helping us find our way around. Our bedroom was nice and large, (room 1) and the...

Thank you very much for your review, we're please that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again. We're sorry that the shower was weak but some times the whole house is affected by the water pressure from the mains.

We stayed in Lyndhurst for 2 nights at the end of October (and enjoyed some unseasonable sun!) The B&B itself is a large, well appointed (and immaculately clean) house and has good parking facilities to the back of the property, despite being on one of the main roads into Lyndhurst there was no discernible road noise during the night. The...

Little Hayes is a really lovely guest house. The owners are very welcoming and helpful.
