I'm a wheelchair user and needed a room that was accessible, staff made sure my room was accessible and comfortable. Staff offered help when needed and my stay was perfect. Food from the restaurant was hot and choice was very good. A staff member helped me by getting the food from the buffet on my behalf due to my mobility needs. I would definitely recommend Premier Inn Havant.

Warm efficient welcome on arrival with plenty of well lit parking, easy to find location and tidy/clean exterior. Room was very clean and well laid out for a family of four, with the lovely touch of complimentary drinks and bedtime story books. Staff were super helpful at providing bowls of chips for hungry children even though the kitchens were closing, which was much appreciated. Great night’s sleep and brilliant breakfast selection with yet again super service. Pretty faultless stay!

Stayed overnight following ferry crossing from St Malo to Portsmouth. less than a 10 minute drive from the port, was quick and easy to get to and very quick check in which was great after a long day. Very clean room, good size for out family of 4.

Great value hotel, excellent service in the hotel and restaurant, staff friendly and very helpful. Clean, comfortable and good location for visiting Portsmouth Historic Dock Yard and Southsea Castle. We will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. A good clean, quiet room. The evening meal and breakfast were very good, a good choice at both meal times. Hotel is set in nice grounds too. A quiet location, no noise from traffic.

Loved it went away for for my birthday and check in was fast helped cancel a night as we couldn’t afford it and the app didn’t work when I tried to do it 3 nights before we were due to arrive at the hotel

We have stayed here several times when visiting Portsmouth and have always been pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of our room and efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Despite being fairly close to a dual carriageway, there is no noise or disturbance. There is ample parking, shared with the neighbouring, very popular, Beefeater, which serves an excellent breakfast, the only meal we have eaten there.

Stopped here 1 night (12th March). Nice hotel, plenty of parking either behind hotel or in the beefeater car park. Lovely room on 2nd floor, nice and clean and quiet. Shower only which was fine. Bit of a hill to get to top car park and down to beefeater next door but was still good. Friendly lady who checked us in, didnt get her name though. Good location.

The free Wifi is a joke: you basically have no internet. In a surprising coincidence, outside the hotel you have perfect 5G signal, inside, anywhere, not even 3G, nothing. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or re-stocked. I’m paying for two nights, why do I get service for one night only? The waiting times for dinner are ridiculous. We had to book are table, but both nights the restaurant was almost empty. Even then, a wait both days of 50 MINUTES to be served a started that even I can cook from scratch in 10 minutes (something that they obviously do not do). If the quality of service continues to go downhill we will have to say goodbye to Premier Inns.

We got slightly lost getting there as the sat nav tried to take us through the industrial estate - we called the hotel and Matt was very helpful at giving us better directions We arrived later than we hoped and they’d stopped serving food, but Matt and the kitchen team were amazing and sorted us out some hot food which we were able to take up to your room. Parking is free - you need to put your car reg into an iPad. The room was clean - especially the bathroom and temperature was perfect. The pillows weren’t too puffy and we both had a fab sleep. Breakfast was the buffet which was well stocked and kept full up throughout. We booked our time a lot the night before. Thank you lots to Matt and the staff who were really friendly and very helpful.
