Not sure. They definatly have ground floor rooms., which you would need as there is no lift. Contact hotel they are very helpful.

Hi, The room is not suitable for disabled person as no lift and the passage to the rooms is narrow including the ground floor rooms i.

Pebble beach is about 10 minutes with brisk walk. Not sure about the sandy beach.
