My mum and I stayed at the Brookfield Hotel for just one night. The staff were very welcoming and the room was well appointed and spotless. We had dinner in the restaurant and were well looked after by lovely staff. All in all a charming hotel, thanks very much!

Traditional English Hotel with friendly helpful staff. Various size room facilities and wifi for business, meetings and low key conference venue. Restaurant was a very pleasant surprise run along traditional lines with attentive staff. Good breakfast choice and excellent evening menu - proper restaurant quality with reasonably priced wine list. Try the English Sparkling wine sourced from local Champagne vineyard....

Lovely hotel with comfortable, warm and spacious rooms. Staff were just great, very welcoming and always had time to chat and ask about your day. I wish I had got more of the staff names to give a mention but could not fault any of them. Breakfast was just great, good quality food and a table with a view of...

Luke and Stanley were excellent and gave good service. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the other table waiting staff who suffered from a sense of humour bypasses. Brookfield Hotel tell your staff they are allowed to smile.

Only got to stay 1 night and didn't have time for breakfast. The room was clean comfortable and quite. Car park was full when I arrive, I must have got the last space. Book in was quick and simple the were very organised on the front desk. I had no issues with my room. Would have liked to stay longer.

Took my sister into the Brookfield Hotel for lunch. We chose to sit in the lounge area and opted for the Coronation chicken sandwiches from their lunchtime menu. We both wanted hot drinks so ordered tea (one regular, one decaff) and these were brought promptly. Not long after this our sandwiches were served. We both love Coronation Chicken so what...
