Lovely setting in a quiet rural area. Beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the next room, especially flushing toilets and running water. Hardly slept a wink with guests coming in at gone midnight and up and about at 5am. Shame.

Thank you for your review, glad everything was good with the exception of your sleep quality. Regarding this area I do feel your mark of ‘1’ was exceptionally harsh and would have appreciated you making us aware of this after the 1st night of your 2 night stay so we could have clarified; The water pipes are insulated and run... This guest house is simply stunning - it is down a very quite side road and surrounded by fields and farm animals. Plenty of parking available. Glenn greeted us as we arrived and showed us to our room. He asked about our requirements for breakfast and checked what time we would like it in the morning. The room was clean... More

Stayed here to meet a friend and business meeting next day. Wonderful surroundings, room, breakfast and reception by owner. Walking distance to some local Pubs, would stay here again when on business trips to the area.

We stayed at Upper Neatham Mill in lovely weather so were able to enjoy sitting at one of the large round picnic tables in the large garden and orchard. We were surprised to hear quite a lot of traffic while in the garden but this wasn't a problem at night and our room was comfy, with a large shower cubicle... More

Glenn, Theresa, James and Grandad made my husband and I feel part of the family on our second double week stay at the farm from Australia in 2 years. Nothing was too much trouble, and in fact in the five weeks we had in England, it was the only place my husband slept well. I couldn't recommend this amazing place... More

My colleague and I stayed here for two nights while attending a training course in the area. As other reviews have said it is a lovely building in a peaceful location. Glen was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him even if his 'shortcut' to the training course was a bit of overgrown. Fantastic breakfast. If I... More

This creeky floor boards mean whatever happens upstairs the downstairs guests get to know about (at least that is what I experienced)....both days I was woken up with creaky... More

“There are 4 rooms; all seem excellent and recently refurbished. Of our two, one had shower and the other a tub, so ask if you have a particular preference. Tip: if you are an international visitor and haven't prepaid bring cash or ask in advance to do an email transfer to avoid a credit card surcharge from hotel & card company. Also, if you have unlimited data on your sim card, forego the guest house's wifi option.”
