Lovely afternoon lunch , lovely food felt and was treated special . My only criticism would be I felt exposed while dining . However the over all experience was lovely . Not sure if visit again as I've had better afternoon tea else where. Just personal preference

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting an exhibition in Manchester. The hotel itself is brilliant; beautifully presented and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are equally as impressive; very spacious and clean ... The beds are huge and surprisingly comfortable, unlike many hotels I have stayed in, all fully equipped with everything you need. There...

We visited the Bar and Grill yesterday on a 2 course lunch deal with prosecco from Travelzoo. This was a gift which we really enjoyed. The restaurant is spacious giving the tables privacy, the staff were attentive, food good. The only negative is the portion size. However this is a fine dining restaurant so we didn't expect large portions and...

Only stayed one night at The Lowery but wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent service from the moment we stepped in the door. Big comfortable beds, high quality towels, had a few drinks at the 'River' bar which has a good range of wines and beers available. A bit on the pricey side (as expected from a 5 star...

Lovely hotel, never stayed before but would recommend it, rooms were spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing I wasn't happy with is that you have to pay £16.50 to leave your car in their carpark!! For a 5* star hotel I would expect this to be free

Best of all, not a single member of the staff was anything less than brilliant in their attitude & service - if you need it, hold your hand up & it will arrive. My congratulations to their management, all staff both relaxed, individuals & attentive.

Really nice hotel, staff very friendly and bar staff took time to talk and have a bit of craic. Breakfast was really good. My wife absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived just after the floods in Manchester and you would hardly have known they happened. We will definitely look to stay here again.
