Worst hotel I've ever visited. The room was filthy with mouldy shower curtains dirty walls that were not due to wear and tear. The bed was not secure and one of the legs had come off and found just laid on the floor under the bed. There was a bloody pillow case in the hallway just outside our room door. The overall state of the hotel was dreadful. They put all the effort into making it nice in the lobby but as soon as your on your floor it's like stepping into a abandoned building. Stay away from this hotel didn't even stay for our booking was there for literally 30 mins. Also found a heavily stained carpet and what looked to be vomit stains next to the bed.
Great location. Great buffet breakfast. The staff I communicated with were very pleasant and helpful. Disappointed with room. Stained carpet in room and corridor outside room. Flickering light bulb. Bedside electric socket not working. I paid £156 for an extra large room with sea view for 2 people, including breakfast. Disposable cups (2) and spoons (2) provided in room with tea/coffee making facilities. Only one bath robe and one pair of slippers provided for two guests. Tiny bathroom. Dripping shower head, and a whistling noise coming from the shower plug hole. Unclean windows, and a general feeli of a lack of attention given to upkeep, maintenance and cleaning. No shower gel in shower gel dispenser. No information provided about hotel amenities such as the gym or bar/restaurant. …
arrived to find our reservation had been cancelled, no reason given. Reception staff indifferent. After some mild argument we were allocated a room destined for another guest. Pass cards failed to operate twice in three days. We were not recognised for booking in for breakfast (probably due to our original booking being cancelled) All in all, we would not use this hotel again
This hotel needs an upgrade and we were disappointed with our stay this was for our honeymoon and just wasn’t what the pictures say. It’s a great location just needs renovating, new carpets and the restaurant needs upgrading as me and my husband felt like we were in a school canteen.
We had the most amazing stay at the hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The food was nice and we had a great time in the bar! Such a great atmosphere and staff were great especially a young lady called Adrienne. Will definitely return!
