Quite simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. I have never had a hotel offer 3 hour early check in 2 days before you arrive, this just started off a wonderful visit to this hotel. From the moment we arrived to a very warm welcome and some very very good local knowledge on where to eat (2 briliant recommendations) which routes to take. The room we stayed in (Hamilton suite) was very spacious, comfy and had everything you need for a couple of days away (the tray of biscuits sweets and crisps was a great touch) and the view was lovely. Breakfast was a continental style and the full English was a great way to start another long day ahead. Would have loved to have stayed another day and will definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

We stayed overnight in Nelsons lookout overlooking the estuary and I could not fault it in the slightest. Gorgeous room, very clean and so many complimentary bits and bobs. The breakfast was amazing and I’m not normally a fan of cooked breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Charming, characterful hotel, well-situated for beach and amenities. The Balcony Suite has a huge living room with massive mirrors and cavernous sofas. Very comfortable double bed. Breakfast delicious and varied. Manager is helpfulness itself, keen to offer (brilliant) recommendations to guests.

Second time at this wonderful hotel. Absolutely love it. Debbi is so kind and welcoming. We were in a beautiful spacious sea view room, even better than the last time. Breakfast was yummy. I had smashed avocado on toast - delish. The hotel is not far from Cliffs Pavilion and we now stay here whenever we are going to a show there. About a 15 minute walk. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel from the moment we arrived. Our host was so welcoming and attentive. We were lucky to stay in the Hamilton Suite, which was very comfortable, with a great sea view. The breakfast was delicious. I was particularly relieved that our host really ‘gets’ Coeliac / cross-contamination risk. For once we’d booked without checking and I had my own cereal just incase. Needn’t have worried - my avocado and poached eggs on gf toast was prepared separately and was delicious. If you let her know in advance they’ll even provides gf biscuits in your room! I wholeheartedly recommend this guest house. Thank you!

What a lovely place to stay. A lovely welcome when we arrived and an upgrade to a sea view room right at the top, absolutely wonderful. Room was lovely and clean and lovely complimentary toiletries. Bed was very comfy too. A 15 minute walk to Cliffs Pavilion. This will be where we stay now every time we go to the Pavilion. My vegan breakfast in the morning was delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!!!
