My family & i recently stayed here for a night whilst visiting Clacton & i have mixed thoughts about our stay. The owners were very welcoming when we first arrived, but when we got to our room, although it was spacious one of the beds kept on collapsing & the en-suite shower was so small you could hardly swing a...

Good day We make every effort to insure your stay is comfortable, and would have happily changed the bed had it been brought to our attention! The en-suite is governed by the fact that this is a Victorian house converted some years ago to accommodate an en-suite.... ( our predecessors work), we are not a purpose built hotel. These hotels...

The hotel was lovely. Room perfect for us and our two children. Warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tops. Nice size, great service. Just an all round lovely place to be. And the owner looked like Ray winston. Haha. Lovely man. Will most definitely return and will be recommending.

I had breakfast 2 out of 4 mornings that I was there. It was very good with yogurts and fresh fruit as well as the cooked breakfast. The dining room was very pleasant and bright. The location was good for the seafront and the shops and rail services and bus routes. As you walked into reception it is very dull with...

A very peaceful and comfortable B&B run by two lovely owners. Perfect for enjoying a few nights in Clacton as the town centre and sea front are easily walkable, but also tucked quietly away from the night bustle as to allow a good night sleep. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and beds were comfy, with tea and coffee as...

A very nice B&B that has recently being renovated, but I think they may have not tackled the plumbing issues! Water pressure is not great in the showers, but I'm being picky. The rooms are very nice and clean with good furniture. En suites in standard doubles are tiny, but it is a B&B and not a hotel. Impossible to...

We are very happy to deal with any issues brought to our attention by customers, but you choose to write about it instead..... We could not have a power shower in a build with 16 showers, we would run out of water within minutes.... The Seagulls are a hazard of coming for a break by the seaside..... The Beds are...

I stayed seven nights at the Beeches guest house which is in a nice quiet location but a short walk to the main shops and beach areas. The guest house is very clean and the breakfast ample and cooked to perfection with ample choice to set you up for the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this nice friendly...
