Hello John M Thank you very much for the glowing review of your recent stay at The Boswell House Hotel. As a small independent hotel we take great pride that we are able to meet our guests' requirements and were very happy that you appreciated our efforts. We appreciated the fact that you kept us informed of the problem on Friday evening and we were pleased that it all worked out fine .. just a shame that it meant a very early start for you on Saturday morning. We will be very pleased to welcome you back on your next visit to the area. Best wishes for Christmas and a Happy and healthy 2018.
