Pleasant place to stay situated just outside the M25 close to Romford. Friendly staff who are happy to help in every way. Rooms are adequately equipped and all the facilities we used were acceptable. Only negative comment would be the lack of water pressure making showers a slow process.

So I booked to stay here for 2 nights from 15th-17th April. After a 4 hour drive and arriving at 11pm we were given a ground room floor right next to where there was a wedding party going on. Music was blaring and guests were drunk and shouting aggressively right outside our room for most of the night. After already...

A pleasant hotel environment, with a sunny terrace and comfortable sofas where you could sit with a book. Our room was compact but with full amenities and a hot shower. The breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. Sunday lunch provided a good choice of roast and the staff were very accommodating. It can get noisy over the weekend...

Stayed here whilst working locally. Location is great and picturesque. Clean and tidy. One let down was that we were working nights and as soon as we got to sleep at 630am the fire alarms went off. No staff came out to let us know we could go back in or what the reason was. We tried to get back...

Attended the hotel for afternoon tea during the easter holidays, from start to finish it was an excellent service and experience. I spoke to a young lady named nancy on the phone who was brilliant at helping me book a table and help decide the best option for me between afternoon tea and lunch. Explaining all that was provided for...

We were booked in for afternoon tea and when we arrived we were told to wait in reception for ages whilst our table was being set up. There was a wedding going on in the main room. We were asked a few times to make sure we had got the right day as they don't make bookings when they have...

The hotel is in perfect location, very quiet area and has close links to Brentwood town. Hotel lobby and restaurant was very tidy and clean. The hotel room (standard double) wasn't nothing to write home about. Had all the essentials but wasn't great. The TV was struggling with signal and on the day that the grand national was on it...

Booked the Garden Room for my husbands birthday dinner party for 1st April, 2017. Sian Ross was our function organiser, she was lovely to work with, very warm & professional. The room was dressed turely beautifully, it had the wow factor when you entered. The staff were well organised and very attentive. The food was delicious & the house wines...
