We spent two night in the Oystercatcher room during August. Roger and Sue are superb hosts and we felt very comfortable and at home. Their knowledge of the area and local restaurants made our visit that more enjoyable. We had good quality linen and towels and the room's colour scheme was very relaxing. Breakfast was superb, on time and not...

We have just returned from a night stay at Jasmine B&B, at Southwold. Both Roger and Sue were welcoming and friendly. Our room was absolutely spotless, and was light, bright and airy. This was my first experience of a B&B and I was suitably impressed. Breakfast was served in a welcoming room with french doors to the beautiful back garden,...

A Really lovely home from home B&B. We stayed for a weekend in May and were made very welcome. We had a colourful room with all mod cons plus a choccy biccy with our tea tray. The breakfasts were great both in quality and quantity and, if ordered in advance, you can even have smoked salmon or kippers! The walk...

Had a lovely 3 night stay at Jasmine B&B over Easter 2013 thanks to warm welcome from Sue and Roger and lovely clean home. Breakfasts were very good with choice of cereals, cooked breakfast, toast and fresh fruit each day. Little bit of a walk into Southwold ( about 20 mins brisk walk) but plenty of places to eat there...

We were made very welcome here, and had an excellent breakfast. The bedroom (overlooking the garden) was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The double bed is very soft, if that matters to you. I would happily stay here again for an overnight, it is well priced and very pleasant. However the bedroom and particularly the ensuite are very tight for...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Jasmine to celebrate my partner's 65th birthday. Selected this b&b mainly from other reviews on trip advisor and certainly we were not disappointed. Roger and Sue are absolutely lovely people, friendly helpful and we felt we had known them for ages. We stayed in the Kittiwake room, which is...

At the end of our trip around English counties, this was our last stop and it was fabulous. We were made so welcome by Roger with coffee in the garden, and lots of recommendations of where to visit and eat. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean with a very generous refreshments tray. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruits and...
