We were given a room on the ground floor which was really useful because my elderly Mum has mobility issues. Hotel was quiet and our room was spacious and comfortable. The meals were excellent. My only complaint was that when we booked it we were given one price which was supposed to include breakfast and a ' two course dinner'...

Our party booked four rooms here. Our room was much too hot and rather small. My daughter's room was freezing cold and there were no extra blankets in the room. Her shower was only a trickle as it was leaking and the bathroom was very cold. One of our other rooms had a window that was banging all night and...

It's a 3star hotel rated best in Felixstowe in 2016. The rooms are clean and the surroundings are beautiful. It's 2minutes walking from the sea promenade where you can watch ships coming into port. The breakfast is half menu "a la carte" and half buffet. It's a good place to stay if you're on a fixed budget. They accept dogs...

The title of my review says it all really. We have stayed at this Hotel quite a few times and are always impressed with it. There is off-road parking which is sometimes full, especially if there is a function on. The staff are always polite, always helpful, even the cleaners greet you with a lovely smile. Carvery is superb, plenty...

We were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist. On arrival at the room we were amazed by the size of it. There was nothing at all to complain about as everything was perfect. We booked the Christmas Dinner and also the Full Breakfast on two of the days. I enjoyed the Christmas Dinner and understand that the staff were absolutely...

Hotel in good location for town or sea front . Staff very helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. Food good but limited in choice at times. Excellent breakfast choice with plenty on offer. Some aspects of outside appearance looking tired and need of up dating.

Our family decided to book for Christmas dinner back in October and it was the best decision we made. The place was packed with other diners and the friendly staff worked very hard to accomodate everyone, always making sure that everyone was catered for. The Christmas lunch was absolutely superb and couldn't be faltered. The staff themselves went above and...
