No staff incorrect room codes. Entrance hall and all public areas dirty. Room just about habitable. This place should be closed down by the authorities. Luckily only booked one night to attend motor racing at Snetterton. Left early because it was so poor.

After difficulty gaining access to this unsupervised building we were totally disgusted at the state of the building and rooms. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor and being over 70 yrs of age, there was no way we could drag 3 suitcases up the rickety stairs. Carpets and walls were filthy. The building was musty and mouldy...

wow. I never before have stayed in a place so horrible. I factually stayed in nicer accommodation in Afghanistan back in 2008 when I went out to that hellhole. I won't bore u but the worst is I got 2x electric shocks off the plug and light. The place is a fire death trap and the sewer floods on the...

I booked Abbey Hotel via Booking.com at very short notice on my smart phone as I was in a hurry and didn't read the reviews until I got access to a laptop. My mistake. I was shocked by what I read, so out of courtesy called to cancel and give feedback as to why (knowing full well I would lose...

Arrived at 10 p.m. in pouring rain and hoping to settle into our room with a nice cuppa! Dream dissolved when we entered the building - dirty and unkempt, stained and dirty carpets, bed linen creased and - dare I say it - possibly not even washed, the blind didn't work and a window had been left wide open in...

This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in absolutely disgusting, no shower, no hot water!! No reception, filthy carpets, small TV, cramped bathroom, it was that bad I left and stayed in another hotel for the night.

i have just spent a night at the mjb hotel wymondham near norwich upon opening the front door you are faced with disgustingly stained carpets going up the stairs so up we went to find room 7 expecting to see at least something that resembled the picture of the room they have put on here but no upon opening the...

So...where to start!? After booking this place before looking it up over the Radio1 Big Weekend and seeing all the reviews we tried to change hotels but everywhere had been booked up. We expected the worst and although it wasn't glamorous it was better than expected. First of all I would call this place a hotel! There are no facilities...

I take no pleasure from poor reviews but this is outstandingly bad. From the outside, the place is a hovel, no kerb appeal. Rusty old tables and chairs with a cigareete bin packed full by the door. Apparently the procedure is to call them (no staff), get an entry code, pay, then get let in only to be horrified forthwith....

Absolutely appauling, this place should be demolished. Booked in for four nights as working away from home. I hasten to add I did not complete my stay as I can only describe the place as UTTER FILTH. 11 spiders I killed on my first night, mattress was wafer thin with springs sticking out. Stains all over carpet. Unmanned HOVEL, cannot...
