Enjoyed our short stay in this hotel, the staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were pleasant with charming views on to the gardens, the beds very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms spacious. The decor, whilst perfectly OK, wouldn't win any accolades from those who like 'boutique hotels' but to my mind comfort and pleasant staff win out every time. Also...

Our favourite place for a Sunday lunch if you like waitress service, clean linen and properly set tables. Food is well coked, service is relaxed and friendly, but attentive. My only criticism is that the menu doesn't change within a few perameters, which is fine for us as we don't go every week.

We had a three day break in Norfolk with the dog. Our room was set in a separate building from the main Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, no dog smells etc, very comfortable and met all our requirements. The grounds were fantastic for the dogs early morning walk.Staff were extremely helpful and even set up a table in the...

We've just returned from Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at this country hotel. The dinner was superb, perfectly cooked halibut and venison. Breakfast, too, was very good. The room in the Coach House had all of the facilities we needed and was spotlessly clean. Everyone from the Receptionist to the waiting staff could not have been more helpful. We will return.

We had Broom Hall cater a lunch for 28 people in the Swallowtails restaurant. Excellent menu, faultless service, extremely reasonable price for the level of service we received. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone having a large group celebration or wedding. The staff were really friendly & helpful in the planning stages too. Thank you to all!

We visited with a group of about 30 people. The price was excellent, the food was great, the hosts were extremely helpful, both in the run up and on the day, and the venue (hotel and gardens) were really good. Anyone wanting a venue for a group event should consider this place seriously - it's great!

Stayed one night in the coach house. Room slightly disappointing, needs updating. Was disappointed to be shown to our room in the coach house by the owner who didn't take my case from me, let me struggle instead. Very poor! Otherwise staff lovely. Ate in the restaurant, meal okay. Wouldn't win any awards. Hotel old fashioned and quaint. Would not...

Booked here due to recommendation from a friend. A group of us were at Snetterton the next day for a track day. I had a car trailer and needed parking for it which this hotel offered. Arrived and parked up easily. Checked in and shown my room. I was a little disappointed to be honest as their is a lot...
