The Corner House is not your typical seaside B&B. Rather, it's an adventure in itself. The house is a glorious Georgian assemblage of high-ceilinged rooms and antique knick-knacks. There are in fact 15 rooms altogether, but proprietor Joe only rents three of them. He's not in it for the money. The Corner House is, strictly speaking, in Old Hunstanton rather...

We had a great welcome from Jo, but having booked twin beds we were disappointed to be shown a small double bed. Jo said since we were old friends it obviously didn't matter. We found the place musty and damp and grubby. We doubted the sheets had been changed. I got up at 5.30am for a walk to escape. Jo...

Where do I start. We were welcomed by a stunning view of the sea and a gorgeous Victorian house! We were greeted by a eccentric but very friendly man, we were shown to our room very good antique style. All fascinating artwork and deco. The bed was so soft, very comfy. Old Hunstanton was a 15 min walk away from...

Stayed here for one night and like some of the other reviews say the place could do with some regular cleaning but this takes nothing away from the whole corner house experience, seeing is believing. Joe is a helpful friendly host, the breakfast was good, the corner house has wonderful sea views and for the price is good value.

We stayed at the corner house for one night and was amazed by the qwerky rooms and decor. It was a welcome change to the non descriptive rooms which we are used to staying in at the larger chain hotels. Joe the owner was really welcoming and helpful. The rooms could have been a little cleaner but did not detract...

It's really very hard to review the Corner House. The first thing to say is that it's very hard to fault its value for money. It's cheap. And the house is spectacular - a Georgian villa of beautiful proportions, overlooking the sea at Old Hunstanton. The owner is a lovely chap, very friendly and helpful, and the whole thing has...

Booked this B and B last minute, and loved it. Very friendly owner, who went out of his way for us. Loads of space in the room, great breakfast and fantastic location. We will definitely be back whenever we go to Hunstanton again!,

My partner and I fancied a getaway, we decided to drive the norfolk coast and came across Joe and the Corner House. A beautiful Georgian house on the cliff top in Old Hunstanton, stunning views and a friendly host. As soon as we arrived we felt at home, there was so much to look at and the room we were...

We stayed for three nights at this beautiful Georgian house with our young puppy Harry . Joe and his family was helpful, friendly and bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasurable one. The bedroom reminded me, in a nice way of a cross between Steptoe & Son and Fawlty Towers - please note this analogy is not derogatory...
