I think I'll do this review as the TV programme, Four in a Bed! How were your hosts at Cobwebs? 10! Suzanne and Stephen are very friendly people, who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Excellent hosting! How clean was Cobwebs? 10! Not a bit of dust anywhere! Very clean. Absolutely no issues....

We stayed three nights and were very comfortable and well looked after. A nice view over the communal garden next door. The bedroom and separate bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Safe and easy stairs to the upper floor. Suzanne and Stephen were welcoming, friendly and helpful with local information and conversation. They made...

Cobwebs is a lovely, charming old house with 2 B&B rooms, the room, bathroom and bed were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, even with the sloping floor. Suzanne and Stephen were very welcoming hosts and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Fair Green is picturesque and quiet, but just a short walk to the centre of town. We would highly recommend...

We stopped here as was working in Diss lining some concrete gutters. Both operatives said how excellent everything was and I was more than happy with the whole booking process. On sending the initial email I had a reply with availability and rates within a few hours and got the lads booked in. All went smoothly and to plan. Thanks...

I had the privilege to stay in this really beautiful house, which in addition of being warm and cosy is held by lovely and really serviable and accommodating couple. I highly recommend on your trip to Eye areas.

Situated in a lovely quiet part of Diss, just by the green and within walking distance of the mere and town centre. The room I had was spacious, beautifully furnished and thoroughly home-like, with a large en-suite bathroom with shower. I slept like a log. I felt completely welcomed, just as though I were a guest in a friend's house,...

We stayed here on a house hunting trip in the Diss area. We were looking for somewhere conveniently placed for Diss, but quiet and this was perfect, behind the green but walking distance from the town. But it was much more than that, a lovely, comfortable bedroom in a pretty period house with 2 friendly, welcoming owners. We had the...

My Husband and I plus our 15 year old Grandson Jack stayed for 5 nights whilst we were at Bressingham Steam Rally with our traction engine. From the moment we were greeted with a handshake and shown our rooms nothing was too much trouble. Excellent choice of cereals and full English breakfast. Jack has asked if we can go back...

Stayed for 2 nights this weekend to attend a wedding nearby. As soon as we arrived we were made very welcome. Slept like a log and ate 2 hearty breakfasts - can't ask for more! Great location and great value.
