Norfolk's best kept B&B secret is Villa Farm. Why ? Peace and quiet - a comfortable bed in a spacious, nicely furnished, en-suite room - breakfast perfectly cooked by Stephanie with her own special starter ( you'll have to visit to discover what that is ! ) and Stephanie is eternally helpful. Did we say it is amazing value ?...

From the moment we arrived Stephanie made us feel welcome and part of the family. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view across the garden to the countryside beyond. The food was plentiful, freshly cooked with many ingredients from her own garden. Wonderful. We will be back.

Stephanie has definitely gone that extra mile and the little touches, like cold bottled water and milk in a fridge on the landing, and the presentation of breakfast made this B&B stand out amongst many I have stayed at. The choice of drinks and toiletries in the...

We stayed at this b&b for one night as we were attending an event in the area. The owner is very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Little thoughtful touches were obvious and the information provided in the room about the area was helpful too. The room was spotlessly clean and attractively furnished; the bed in...
