We stayed for a couple of nights and the travelodge provided all we required. Large room with comfortable bed and a good shower in the bathroom. Strong damp smell in the corridor, minimalist and by a busy road. Pleasant service.
We stayed in the Travelodge at Acle over New Year with our two children, and my parents who had a separate room.On arrival we were told that my parents wouldn't be near us as we were in a family room which was in a different area of the hotel. This was a shame but really where…
Good price. Good location easy access to Norwich, Yarmouth and the Broads. Our second bed did not have linen, reported this to staff and they were very helpful, the bed was prepared for us in minutes.
Ok stay for the price we paid, but if I had paid anymore would be very disapointed with the presentation of the hotel. Needs a total revamp. The "New beds" and curtains is all that has really been upgraded.
Overall the Travelodge is fine, it is just in the middle of nowhereIt is too far away from ~Great Yarmouth to walk.~It just means that you would need transport every time you go away from the Travelodge. The good thing it is not too far away from Seal country
"The rear rooms should be quieter"
"Rooms at the rear, toward the town and away from the petrol station are quieter"
"Ask for a room at the back, but insist as I was told none we available"
"Probably one not overlooking the petrol station"
"Quieter rooms at rear."
