We arrived to find the place locked up and no-one there. We phoned and someone arrived quickly. They just leave you the key and a code to get in the front door then disappear again. We had a triple room for the two of us which had plenty space. But the decor and furnishings were old and tired. The toilet...

I stayed there for roughly 2 weeks and nice cozy stay. Its a bit compact but then with all the amenities and accessibility. TESCO is just nearby (10 mins walk) and good silent place. The hosts were also quite good.

This place was filthy and only for the fact we were up for a wedding, we wouldn't have stayed there. This guest house is situated on a housing estate. We were met at the door by a woman who gave us a code to access the property. She showed us to our room then left. There was no one else...

Stayed here a few times with work, it is always the first place I ring when working around the area. Top marks to the landlady for keeping a clean, well decorated, quiet house with lots of free additions. I will be back.

Booked in before the Great North Run and needed a good sleep before the race, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and clean with all the things I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a good night sleep over the bigger chains.

We have only stayed here once, NEVER again. The bedroom was tiny. Brown curtains brown bedding brown towels. The door of our room didn't close until we locked it with a key. We was on top floor and the shower and TOILET was on the next floor down. No sink to wash hands in toilet. But sign in toilet saying...

We found ourselves booking a stay here unexpectedly. The pictures do not give a realistic picture. We were in too minds when we arrived at this establishment on whether to stay or sleep in our vehicle. It is in a council estate, its very run down. You are expected to share the toilet & shower facilities. The shower room looks...
