I stayed here with my friend for a week in June. I found it quite difficult at times so will get those out of the way first before the good parts. The biggest problem was being woken up every day after 7am by a cleaner banging at the door, coming into the room several times, and when she couldn't clean she would bang her brush outside making more noise. This is totally unacceptable! People pay good money to go on holiday, HOLIDAY!! This should NOT be happening! FULL STOP!! Secondly, there should be a sign on the swimming pool where the depth sharply drops. I was treading carefully getting used to the water when I disappeared underwater from a near metre drop! I nearly drowned! There are signs for depth but no sign for the warning of the steep ledge and drop downwards that is so so dangerous! The third and last point is, there are no ordinary spirits in the list for all inclusive drinks! Raki and ouzo are not gin, vodka or bacardi, or whisky, that is So wrong! The whole time I was there I had no all inclusive drinks because there was the usual watered down juice machine and fake coffee machine, so I used water for my own earl grey tea bags and bought the occasional fresh orange juice. Otherwise the food was OK, For breakfast I bought alpen, oat milk and bon mamam jam and rarely ate anything. I ate fresh bread, salad and pasta for dinner, if it was there, everyday and I lost 5 pounds in weight, though I can be fussy! I don't like how they took the butter away, changed the feta for a cheap version and how the fruit was also nothing special, apples, oranges and kiwis, winter fruits, the watermelon had often gone soft, why no nectarines, apricots, peaches and cherries? The good parts... rooms were great, room service was frequent, apart from 3 days nearing the end of our stay when it was normal for the rooms not to be cleaned and sheets changed. The shower was fantastic, all modern. Beds very comfortable. Staff amazing, hard working and all had pride in their job. Grounds a bit dull and drab, plenty of sunbeds and parasols, quiet when we went, residents mostly Russians and Germans, very common in the area. On the edge of the strip, plenty of choice to eat and drink elsewhere, but if the hotel did all inclusive drinks properly to include cocktails too and entertainment in the evenings then more money would come into hotel and customers. We went out most days as son hired a car and came most days to visit different beaches. What was missing was a folder of information detailing times, WiFi code, what is in area. There is information in foyer regarding trips and the odd notice of information but it is extremely important more so for all inclusive to have ALL this information collated together and left in the room. Also please employ the cleaner to start after 9am NOT 7am, people are on holiday, it really was a huge annoyance! If these things were changed, I would definitely give this hotel an extra star😀

This hotel has 3 buildings. If you are lucky you may be in the reception one. If you're not, you are in building A... And it is absolutely impossible to have ONE SINGLE quiet night of sleep!!! If you go in July/August, Chersonissos, which is a town without any places of interest nor with a good and nice beach, welcomes hundreds upon hundreds of young people coming to party. So if you're in building A, it is an outdoor corridor to access your room and all the noises from the street are resonating at your door : cars, coaches and more specifically drunk youngsters yelling each time they walk pass your hotel. But the worst maybe is the cleaning lady. I totally respect this kind of job but this employee never says 'hello', she starts working at around 7:00/7:30am. But anyway, from 7:40 every morning you know she's here! With her broom, she hits the walls so hard that it echoes in the whole building, she moves the chairs so loudly when cleaning the rooms that you can hear her from the other side of the hotel... We have been there for 7 nights, we still have 2 to go and I can't stand the noises no more! I can't wait to be gone, sadly. Otherwise, the food is quite good for an all inclusive, the other mbers of staff are respectful but it is hard for them to say 'hello' as they have soooo much to do. It is a real pity they do not wear a name badge because it could "humanise" them. Specially when you stay for many days. The pool area is nice and pleasant. Quite a few guests wear a mask inside though but the personnel does. If you do not care about the noise, you can go to this hotel but if you like calm holidays, do not go there (unfortunately).

Hotel clean, bedrooms clean and compact, nice touch with iron and small ironing board. Only gripe about room is the unearthly noise at about 07:00 sounds like a loud food dispenser going off for about half an hour. No view from balcony just another building but expected that as hotel is in town with small roads. Reception staff pleasant but dining room staff made no eye contact and did not speak and are quite rude especially when you ask them for something, make you feel very uncomfortable with they’re huffing and puffing. One afternoon I bought two lemonades and three staff didn’t know the price, they had to find four A size pieces of paper to look at the prices, why are these people serving when an order so simple can't be dealt with within seconds instead of 10 minutes? Am I the first person ever to order 2 soft drinks. With sixty years of travel under my belt this has got to be the worst breakfast and choice in the world. the only thing that was hot was the fried eggs and the hot water for making coffee or tea. Even though the food was in hot trays they weren’t switched on so therefor all food was cold. Beans, scrambled egg, bacon etc whenever those items were there, hit and miss, the sliced fruit consisted of brown apples and maybe if you’re lucky a slice of pomegranate. The bread was dry and old no butter only margarine if you asked for it, never any cups and the coffee machine hardly ever worked. I asked to see the manager on a Tuesday and was told that they weren’t available until Thursday. Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend this hotel as there are others in the area for the same price. Never again.

To begin, my odyssey at this hotel was at once a comedy, tragedy, and even a degree of history - when considering the mythological capacity of the island. 1. The Staff: Those people work darn hard. Between managing to cook hot food all day in gnarly heat, cleaning, serve, whatever, those people are always moving. Quick shout out to my boys Chris and Klaudian for helping to welcome some funky tourists with some extra love on the hotel drinks, good island-related suggestions, and the discipline to maintain a stellar degree of positivity despite working incredibly long hours. The other staff did a wonderful job, except maybe one receptionist who told me how much toilet paper I needed when I asked for more. This shocked me… Maybe she needed it more than I did. 2. The Buffet: Hungover and weary from gross over inhibition of substances foreign to my college-hardened liver (usually raki and possibly even the devilish ouzo), tourist stumble out their rooms and down a pristine white-stone spiral staircase to the lobby - enticed by the smell of hot oil, salt, and burning fat; drugs to which the human body is well and truly addicted. Unfortunately, the buffet usually sucked. Powdered eggs, powdered milk, and some other bummer foods piled high. Saving graces did appear in occasional packages: legitimately good meatballs, occasionally solid vegetable dishes, and the only edible breakfast item: omelets – lovingly served up one-by-one by friendly crew members when they weren’t bend double under heavy loads of dishes, food, etc. Be sure to ask the staff whats up on the meals if you come. 3. The Bar/Pool Area: The bar was always manned by friendly staff, except one man who, while still performing his duties excellently, always frowned (aka, Mr. Frowny Face). However, he always provided good service – as did everyone else. The drinks themselves, on the other hand, weren’t the best. However, the free swill could be mixed with a variety of other substances to make them more bearable, a task to which one extraordinarily well-trained bartender (my man Chris) excelled at. The booze is free, though. Who can really complain?

Almost 100 % of the tourists in this hotel are Russian tourists. 1. Accommodation. The main advantage of the hotel is a renovation. All rooms are renovated. However, the view from the rooms is not outstanding at all. Double rooms are much smaller than on the photos. The hotel doesn't have own territory. A swimming pool is extremely small. 2. Staff The staff of the hotel should be trained professionally: how to communicate with clients, what does good service mean and how to address the problems. At the reception desk worked three ladies: Olesya, one more Russian woman, and a Greek lady. Olesya was especially arrogant, impolite and absolutely not helpful. For example, we asked receptionists three times to call the management of the hotel in order to talk with them, receptionists never invited the management of the hotel and always found excuses why they are not able to call the management. My partner had a birthday during our stay in the hotel: no one congratulated him. It is unacceptable in a 4* hotel. 3. Meal. A meal service in the hotel is just a disaster. The old lady, who ruled the kitchen, should be replaced. It is absolutely not the level of 4* stars hotel: the variety of food is very poor, quality of food is bad as well. For example, during the breakfast, they even do not have a butter (only a margarine). Fish we have seen only two times during the week. They cooked a lot of fries and baked tomatoes every day. There is no normal coffee from a coffee machine (only at extra charge). They even removed tea bags from the bar and provided boiled herbs cold tea that no one drink. There was always a big queue during the meal in the dining room. Waiters in the bar are also work in the kitchen. In particular, they are taking food from the kitchen to the dining room. Their hair is not covered. 4. Beach towels are available only at extra charge: 5€ for a towel / a week. At the reception desk, they didn't tell us that a deposit for towels is not refundable. It is our first time when you have to pay for using the towels. It was always a refundable deposit in other hotels. And the receptionist didn't provide the correct information. We found out that the deposit for towels is not refundable only during the check-out and a receptionist refused to give us a deposit back. 5. Beach The beach is about 5-7 minutes on foot. Sunbeds and umbrellas are at extra charge in the bars (about 7-10 €/day). There are a lot of stones in a water. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this hotel is not suitable. I think, the hotel is trying to save money on almost everything. We have been in Greece already 7 times, including one time in Creta, and we can compare the level of service with other hotels. I would not recommend this hotel. Maybe only for sleeping. The management of the hotel should pay attention to the professionalism of the staff, meal service, and all other details. If you provide a hotel service, the small things matter.

New,small and nice hotel is located 5 minutes from sea and 3 minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. Staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean. There is small, clean swimming pool outside the hotel in closed area and sunbath chairs with umbrellas.Nice to chill when don't want to go outside, can have lunch or dinner just one minute from your sunbath chair. We had all inclusive-food four times a day (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner). Every meal on time, not very tasty, not bad,but most important that everything was fresh and warm.At snack time only ice cream and some fruit, other meals had many choices. If you want to have good and tasty beer, wine and coffee, definitely go to have it somewhere outside. In total we can recommend this hotel.
