Overall we had a great experience there,rooms were clean, food was tasty and, surroundings were well maintained. All the staff whom we met like Puja ,winky, sikchika, jamuna, bandana, deepen, anmol, Regina, Manisha, Anikit, Bipul ,Rebecca, Trishna, elret were friendly and were proffesional at their work. Nice view from balcony. Room is also very neatly cleaned by Bandana and Jamuna… Loved staying at Summit Barsana… only thing it is far from main market. Price of the items in restaurant is costly. Overall it was a nice experience.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. As couple, we travelled with two luggages and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four days. Very Bad location to rech at place. Very bad service.. no intercomr phone sercive working, no wifi working, also not good behaviors. From 6pm to 9pm give exqu.. its done soon but after all say sorry today not possible.

Visited with family - 2 daughters (younger one being 4 months), spouse and mother in law. It was a very cozy and comfortable stay. The location is just perfect as it is just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of the main city and yet not isolated. It has a beautiful lawn, children’s play area, big rooms, neat and clean maintenance and extremely courteous staffs. There is a wonderful green-zone to sit and relax. With suitable weather, one can see the view of mighty Kanchenjunga, unfortunately the weather was not so kind with us. Having said that, the only scope of improvement is with the timely service especially with the room service options - food and other amenities. Overall a wonderful experience.
