This place is perfect for a Home Stay experience in Kalimpong You actually get one of the rooms of the home for the stay and it's a heritage building with a nice garden. The place was clean and do not expect much like a hotel service. The place is accessible with walking distance from the main market

Bedroom was simple, clean and nice with private toilet. There is a nice terasse where you can take meals in the sun and the really nice owner can give you good advices for the places to visit in Kalimpong. Prices are also good if you don't use hot shower. I would definitely recommend Deki Lodge !

Lovely clean, friendly and very homely guesthouse. Plenty of hot water and run by a very knowledgeable and friendly family. Delicious home cooked food at very good prices. Defiantly recommend for a homely visit to Kalimpong 😊

We (a group of 6 couples) were booked here by our travel agent. The rooms were far from satisfactory. Damp rooms, unclean bedsheets.Leaking taps, flush of the toilet was not working. The staff was cooperative and tried their best to salvage the situation, but there were only limited things they could do. Food was very average. They have Wi-Fi

We stayed here for 2 nights in Nov,2012. We had taken the first floor room with balcony. The balcony gives a fantastic view of the Kalimpong town. The hotel has a homely feel and the staffs were cooperative.

The rooms and beds are enormous with large balconies overlooking the Tibetan section of town. The staff are friendly and helpful if you need internet or wish to purchase some locally made handicrafts without needing to go searching through the markets. The hot water was on again / off again so I needed to let the staff know ahead of...

Very comfortable rooms in the annexed building. The shared balcony has great views. Room prices are set a bit high but can become reasonable with a little negotiating. Manager was very helpful. No wi-fi.

From the shabby tourist information centre near Damber Chowk, I was recommended Deki Lodge and was told many travellers go there. I walked up the main road, Rishi Road, for 10 minutes, turned left up the hilly Tripai Rd only 30 metres, and it was on the left side through an unsuspecting gate. I got a small and basic but...

We arrived at this hotel in the middle of a thunderstorm and therefore had little choice but to remain, despite vastly inflated prices compared to anywhere else we'd stayed and little quality to show for it. The staff were friendly though and we had a mediocre meal in the restaurant. After an exhausting day we went to sleep but found...

There is nothing bad about this place, it's just well overpriced for what it offers. We got a room outside for 600 rupees a night (double). The room was cute and cosy, but it didnt include a geyser, or hot water, or a fan, and had a squat toilet. It's also a fair walk out of town up a steep...
