Nice stay. Courteous staff. Staff at reception helpful in guidance and are well mannered . Room sevice is excellant. But only construction noise during day. Brakfast is sumptuous and attendants render good service

Property - The hotel is in the heart of the city which means you can roll out of your bed and roll into a saree shop. The reception is spacious and the staff is very courteous. There is an elevator along with stairs. Room - The suite has a living area and bed-room. The living area has one sofa and dining table with four chairs. The bedroom has a queen size bed along with a chair. The bedroom has a few golu dolls for decor. Both rooms have AC. The bathroom comes with Biotique products Dining - The lunch and breakfast buffet are exceptional. The range of South Indian dishes are outstanding and their flavors are authentic. The staff is hospitable and attentive. The lunch buffet is a great value for money because of all the items included i.e. from soup to ice-cream. This hotel is a great base for exploring the city while dining like a royalty. …
Excellent hospitality while arriving & during stay. However, as usual customer is King till you are with them..once your at their doorstep preparing to leave..They show their real colour..car was given at valet..The security asked me to take it as they don't provide service anymore..Pretty disappointed..Other wise overall excellent experience
Hotel is well located in busiest area. Rooms is good and very neat & clean. In room dining is good. Lobby restaurant serving dinner 🥘 is good. But needed speed to serve. No buffets at dinner. Staffs are 👍 good and attending calls immediately. Parking is very bad and no space at all. Very poor.
This hotel has the most courteous and empathetic front desk staff and management. We didn’t carry our IDs with us as per the mandate by authorities as it didn’t seem explicit during the online booking process. And yet they accommodated us with the assurance we will send the IDs later. Saved us a lot of anxiety. The rooms were excellent, clean and very comfortable, including our extra bed requirement. The restaurant and food was very good for our discerning family including seniors, teenagers. What’s more, the breakfast was made complementary - even though it wasn’t part of the package - due to the confusion regarding the ID requirement. However, the best and most memorable experience was the customer service that went ABOVE AND BEYOND for something seemingly minor yet personally important as losing a soft toy. My daughter has this emotional support stuffed toy she calls “Hope” that she carries everywhere. She left it behind somewhere when we checked out and drove back to Chennai which was 2 hours away. Upon realizing Hopey was not with us, I called Mr. Clifford at the front desk asked him if he could help see if they found a stuffed toy. Shortly after enquiring with housekeeping and the front desk, he texts back with the picture of Hopey sitting on their front desk. (See photo)😍. Not only had they found and saved it, Clifford offered to courier it to us at our Chennai address at no charge!!!!!! This is what the best example of customer experience looks like. It was after all a stuffed toy but on realizing what it meant to my daughter, the staff and management demonstrated amazing empathy and have earned a loyal customer for life. I highly recommend this hotel giving 5 stars for every category you can think of and more. Kudos to Clifford, the staff and the management of Regency Kanchipuram GRT. …

My family and I have stayed at GRT Regency Kanchipuram twice in the last two years. It is strongly recommended for all types of travellers. The hotel is new, clean, rooms are compact and well equipped with all amenities that we need in a room. The staff are courteous and helpful. It's centrally located on Gandhi Road, and with nice connectivity to all the main temples, and easy access to all reputed shops selling Kanchipuram Silks. The staff (reception, bell boys, valets, restaurant waiters) and the services are spot on. Everyone went the extra mile to help. The restaurant menu, and taste is a huge improvement over the previous year. Kudos to the entire staff for making our stay at GRT Regency Kanchipuram a special one.
