This property is bit on the outskirts of Puri but its better to stay here as you can enjoy better on this side of the beach. There is a beach right in front of the hotel which is without much rush and stalls. You can enjoy the natural beach over here. Though this property is under maintenance, better you check you room before your stay. The staff at the restaurant is very good and better you take food over here rather than venturing at any other places as we were not able to find a better food then this place.

Room is nice but hotel is under repair renovation Food is satisfactory . Specially breakfast have limited items .if we request for some other items they refused for the same . Hotel charges is higher side also compare to other best hotels. Specially entrance cleaning is also not proper.

Thank you Sir, for your valuable comments about our Hotel. The occupancy , of the Hotel, on 02.09.2024.,the day you took our breakfast, was not much so as to display the full spread of our Buffet. And normally on such days, the demands, apart from the display, of the guests are met on demand. Or else, the number of items in the buffet spread that we display, is MUCH HIGHER, than that of any other Hotel in Puri. Sir, you might have noticed that renovation work is in progress and hence there is some dirt around. We are really sorry for the same, and would request you to visit our Hotel after sometime, to mark the difference.

We reached this property by chance when our previous booking was terrible and that resort transferred us here. We had a great 3 day stay here.
Property is old but huge, has two pools and a huge lawn. Being old, basic modernity is missing, like key cards, automatic switches and so on. What they lack in modernity, they made up in housekeeping. We found immaculate cleaning and upkeep. The rooms were large with attached balcony.
The food is above average. The breakfast spread is quite great. The staff is extremely warm and hospitable.
The location is slightly off, though right on the beach, it's away from the main beach so no crowd (or dirt). So if you want a clean beach experience go for this. Shared auto took 50 bucks from main beach and was easily available.

We spent 6 days in the hotel on new year. It was one of the most memorable and pleasant stay at the hotel. We stayed in the Suite which has the beautiful front view of the sea, very picturesque and serene. The hospitality of the hotel is really very good and the hotel staff is very courteous and caring. It gives me an immense pleasure to mention the name of Mr. Godabari Chhatoi, Incharge, F&B (mobile no. - 9437131084) who is a real gem of a person, very caring, courteous and always in forefront to extend all assistance whenever required. His personal care and followup made our stay very comfortable and memorable. I must recommend this hotel for the most comfortable stay in Puri. Its location has distinct advantage over other hotels by virtue of its location right in front of the beautiful beach,which is much cleaner in comparison to other beaches. It’s a wonderful property of empires at Puri. Rooms were spacious neat and clean. It’s located just across the beach and a bit away from the part where there are vendors making it like a perfect pristine private beach. Besides being best with the location, rooms, accessibility restaurant what i liked most is the smiling service. The staff was extremely attentive caring and eager to serve and please- they would go out of the way to extend care and their warmth was amazing. Strongly recommend Empires - it’s far more better than the certain known property for all the reasons cited above.

Had an awesome experience at marriage arrange by Hotel Empires, Puri. Management was too good. Staff was very much co-operative. Ambience was really very beautiful. One can sit and relax freely without any strain rest all they will handle. Hospitality was just Like 5-star hotel. They are very punctual with time and quality of service was more than expectations. Last but not least food was very much tastive. Perfect place for dine-in and stay . I myself visited every Resorts in Puri. And finally decided to stick with them as their hospitality was best of class and the Budget was on lower side as compared to other resort in Puri of their level.

Big property with poor amenities and infrastructure, bathrooms are horrible and you can play with spiders inside. Though number of rooms are quite high but bottles water inside is 120 each. So please carry your own water if you don’t want to pay for five star

Grand Marriage Reception of my son Dr Amit was performed at Hotel Empire,Puri on 19 th July.2024.
The food quality, decoration, guest reception, hospitality and services rendered by the staffs of Hotel empire were excellent, and praise worthy.
Timely support services extended by Mr Rasmi Ranjan Baral st reception venue throughout the program was immaculate, friendly and truly helpful to organize my event gracefully. My very much thankful to him.
I am also thankful to higher management of Hotel Empire, for extending us highest cooperation, also visit to the venue to oversee the ongoing marriage reception.
