I made a reservation with Hotel Kuber Palace (Rajiv Rai) on December 19th, 2023, for a three-night stay through Booking.com. The booking clearly stated a flexible cancellation policy, allowing cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in.Upon Rajiv Rai's insistence, I paid advance through GPay on the same day. However, after reviewing previous guest experiences, which were not positive, I decided to cancel my reservation on Booking.com on same day. Since December 19th, 2023, I have been diligently following up with both Hotel Kuber Palace (Rajiv Rai) and Booking.com regarding my refund, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from the hotel. The lack of communication and delay in processing the refund have been extremely disappointing.I hope this feedback helps the hotel in improving its customer service and refund processes.
