Staff: I feel this section deserves to be elaborated the most. The staffs here are extremely humble & polite. Hands down this place has hands down one of the best hospitality. Literally everyone in the hotel is extremely polite. The staffs helped us plan our days, book cabs to & fro inside the city, took care of any special requests that we had. They had special customs like greeting with flowers at the time of check-in & giving us soaked towels for refreshing us after an outing in a long sunny day. Special mentions to Badal, Soumya & Monika here. Highly responsive team.
Food: My parents avoided eating out so that they could have lunch/dinner here. The food felt homely(not too much masala & oil). Again very humble team & the chef. They would talk to us about our days, would ask for feedback & special requests if any. Even for in-room dining, they would clear the plates & tables as soon.
Room: The hotel has recently started its operations. We booked a room for 3 adults.Huge room and the washroom. Housekeeping is on point and timely.
Location: It’s ~2Kms from all the major places like Jagannath temple, beaches etc. I saw it’s boards in multiple places to be able to locate easily.
I’d highly recommend this place for your stays. Cheers!

The staff at Seven Hills - Puri, is very polite, humble and accomodating. Staff of all the departments are pretty helpful. Ms. Itishmita, Mr. Sakir (Resturant) and Mr. Srinivas (Reception) are quite professional and perfect at customer delight. However the property needs a little more improvement with respect to the essentials at the bathroom and rooms, which I am sure the management is working on. Location : a little at the inskirts but you will find many totos and autorickshaw at the gate without any trouble. You can also check at the reception regarding availability of priest, who can assist you with the visit at Jagganath Temple.

Very good place to stay in, having sprawling space and some part is under construction. Once completed, it will be definitely be an amazing place to enjoy vacation or business trips. It’s recommended that variety of foods may be expanded like inclusion of continental dishes etc. Wi-fi service needs to be made available in the rooms (am staying in room 4029). Hospitality of the staff is excellent. This hotel has the capacity to hold big events also.

1. Despite arriving at 1:00 pm for the 12:00 pm check-in, we weren't allocated a room until 3:30 pm due to unpreparedness. Upon inspection, the initially promised room wasn't ready either, as the door handle was dysfunctional. 2. The ongoing construction lent an unpleasant ambiance with plaster patches, broken corridors, and pervasive construction debris. 3. Room quality was subpar, featuring damp patches, bed bucks and a musty odor. The air conditioning unit was filthy, seemingly untouched for ages. 4. Rather than addressing our concerns, staff attempted to upsell higher-category rooms, an ineffective sales tactic. 5. An inconvenient 8:00 am checkout time added to the frustration, despite our late check-in due to traveling with elderly relatives.
Silver linings:
1. Despite managerial shortcomings, frontline staff were accommodating, extending a late checkout until 12:00 pm, earning commendation for their efforts. 2. The onsite dining experience offered decent fare at affordable rates, with attentive staff willing to accommodate special requests.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Right from the time we entered the hotel till the time we checked out, the entire hotel management took really good care of us and our needs. The reception manager was very welcoming and helped us understand the significance of the place. The hotel staff were ever-smiling and always greeted us with joy! They always checked if we needed any sort of service from their end. Although the location is slightly farther away from the Puri Jagannath temple, the hotel provides the electric auto rides to the temple. Even for the return journey, the autos will instantly recognise “Seven hills hotel”, therefore making it even more easier to return to the hotel premises.
Special mention to the restaurant representatives Santosh and Itismita for their amazing hospitality during our breakfast and dinner over there. They made sure we felt comfortable throughout.
Overall, I would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puri.

I had visited this hotel for planning a MICE trip and definitely, this is worth a try as the inventory is large with massive Green lawns and banquet halls and board room etc
Rooms are spacious and well organised facilities including Game room, Gym, Boutique, Swimming Pool etc.
Hotel has a Restaurant with tasty food and the staff over all are well mannered and supportive.
The view of Lord Jagannath temple from the hotel is a great blessing and accessible easily and can spend time on the beach too.
All in all a Hotel for all people of intrest.
As the hotel inventory is getting enlarged, signage and barricades suggested at the required location.

As I entered the property, it felt like the best choice so well maintained . Then We were all welcomed the traditional way with 'tika' and flowers and a welcome drink which was a refreshing freshly squeezed juice . The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are huge in size with all the amenities of a 5 star. Our room had a plate of fruits complimentary . The bathrooms are huge and luxurious . The beds are very nice and comfortable. The cupboards are spacious and comes with safety locker installed. The hotel offers in house contact of a person who will assist you with Jagannath puri temple darshan seamlessly. The entire staff is very helpful and assist you with everything . Food is so amazing and tasty . They have the best in house chef and serving staff offering such a nice hospitality that anyone will fall in love with it. We are absolutely touched by the stay ..they even served us with a refreshing farewell drink as it was too hot outside . I highly recommend it as a very good option if you are looking for a luxury stay experience in puri .

My second visit to Puri Dham visiting Jaganath temple! Fabulous new hotel with amazing views which also include the temple in the distance. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request during our stay. Was extremely pleased with the dinning in facilities during all times of the day breakfast, lunch, dinner & between. All dietary requirement were dealt with with no fuss which was stress free the chef also regularly came out to greet us. The standard of cleanliness in rooms and throughout the hotel were highly met. Reception staff where very attentive always there to help when trying to make arrangements for temple visits in Puri, the hotel has an amazing temple priest (Bijay Kishore Panda- ) who organised multiple Jaganath Temple visits at all different times of the day and I highly recommend this priest as a personal guide to get the best Darshan of the lord Mr Khan as well as the hospitality staff in the Sea Salt restaurant were very attentive to our needs making our trip seamless. The hotel also has a laundry service as well as room service. Overall I will definitely come back again and again, I highly recommend that you consider this hotel as I have also experienced unpleasant hotels in surrounding areas which is not worth the stress or the money that you spend. I hope to one day come back again to do darshan!

I stayed from 29 Dec till Jan 1 with family. We had taken two rooms. 1 room we got upgraded as the superior room wasn't available. The second superior room was very small, and very basic though we were charged close to Rs.8500 per night. For such a price, you'd expect quality. It was sorely lacking. Bathrooms are so small, no place to keep anything besides the sink. Barely any toileteries provided. Room service extremely slow. The location is so bad. It's 3 kms away from the main road and no auto available. Breakfast buffet is good but all 3 days, we got the same food. No variety. For this price I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay there.
