We stayed in this place for 4 nights and it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.We had a corner room which had a nice view of the sea.The beach is at walking distance so the location is good too.Rooms were clean and the service we got was pretty nice.Buffet spread at breakfast was quite good too and nicely thought out with variety of choices.All in all good experience!

1. We booked three rooms for 3 nights through online booking facility available in the hotel website. There is some organization called ezeecloud who manages the online reservation system for this hotel. One Ms Debanti Das was handling the booking process and co-ordinating with us. We were promised that the room rates offered were inclusive of breakfast. However, on reaching the hotel we were told that this is not true. On contacting Debanti, she promised to sort the issue with hotel management and solve it within 1 hr. After that she became non-contactable over the next 3 days. Repeated calls to their Bangalore office yielded no result and Debanti was not coming on line. So it was a clear case of cheating.
2. At the time of check out, apart from other bills one extra food bill of approx Rs.300/- was thrust upon us which did not belong to us. This bill carried some initials which was not ours. Even after repeated protests, the hotel authorities did not budge and kept on insisting that this bill belonged to us. Ultimately we paid up as we were getting late and we had a long day drive ahead of us to Kolkata.
3. Rooms are not sea facing, but this was known to us before making the booking.
4. Foods are prohibitively costly. No point taking food in this hotel, more so when better quality foods are available at less than half the prices at OTDC Panthanivas, which is jus 200 meters away.
And few good points...
1. Property is almost new, clean and well maintained.
2. Rooms are spacious, well furnished. Toilets are good too. Parking area is also spacious and secured.
3. Rooftop swimming pool is small but ok.
4. Good view of the sea from roof.
5. Hotel location is good, away from the crowded areas and in the vicinity of good hotels like mayfair,otdc etc.

We are very sorry to clarify that Travel Agent is only the Booking Engine to sell the Room. So far the Breakfast is concerned, the Hotel Authority may manage. Further we will look into the matter. It is a good hotel to stay at Puri. Though it is not on the beach but beach is very near. Seems like it is new property. Rooms are spacious and clean. They also have a small swimming pool in their terrace. Food we have not tasted so cannot comment. If you no preference to stay on the beach hotel or resort but a calm place, you should stay here. Room rate is a bit high what I felt.

Nayak Beach Resort is one of the worst property in Puri. I stayed here for 4 days. Let me share my experience. No wifi in rooms. Wifi only available in reception area. Very limited options in breakfast. They have only aloo paratha and puri bhaji available round the year (also confirmed by their kitchen staff). Don't opt for lunch/dinner here. Quality and quantity both is disappointing. Instead of cold coffee they will serve you chocolate milk. In complimentary breakfast I was charged for tea and toast. Although it was waived off after heated discussion. Rooms are just ok..the property needs renovation. The management/staff are not very friendly which is the main reason that this property remains empty even it's located in prime spot. The only good thing about this property is that it is located near the beach. Overall this property does not deserve to be in a 3 star category. Don't waste your hard earned money for this property. Instead opt for Mayfair. My fooding favourite was Vithal Kamat restaurant. Thank you.

I stayed Nayak beach resorts with my wife for 2 days. Room is maintained badly. Nobody listens. Towels were dirty. Hand towels given only after 3-4times request. Rooms are very costly looking to facilities and behavior of staff. No variety in breakfast. I don't recommend anyone to stay there. There are many good options nearby.

Horrible experience, they even not bother to clean room, not interested to change bedsheet, towel etc. In today's digital world, they don't provide Wi-Fi in rooms. Bath fitting are not upto the mark in respect of tariff. Business travelers must avoid.

Very nice hotel , staffs are very good and professional. Food quality is very good . Cost to food is very economic . The rooms are very specious and clean. Hotel is well maintained as per vivid norms. We had a great time in the roof top pool.

We a group of friends came here to enjoy our vacation last winter. What we like about the place was the rooms are very spacious with nice interior. Swimming pool in the terrace added a luxurios feeling to our stay. Nice food variety with cricket world cup themed resturant was the plus point about it. Really a nice place to enjoy the vacation.

After long time I visited Puri . Its totally changed now . A lot of foreign tourist has started visit puri. I was surprised to see group of Russian Researchers which came to see tribes in India . My hotel was near beach i enjoyed the beach walk in puri . Hotel rooms were neat and clean . Restrnt has memories on world cup .. Gud Odhisha is developing now.

"Room was large enough with a sofa cum bed to accommodate all for of us (2 Adult+2 kids). Nice clean toilet too. Beach is just 200mtrs away in the short lane on the front. "
