Good hotel with average service
We booked through OYO.A good hotel with average staff with average service.Check in time (9 am)is absolutely ridiculous.We reached by Gariba Ratha express from Howrah at around 5:30 in the morning,and were made to wait till 9am for checking in.

my stay is good,i felt like I was taken care of them.food is awesome.the best part is their service and their staffs.my stay was for 3 days and everything is just fine.Complimentary breakfast also good.

Rooms and Location good, poor service, bad food and staff not friendly
The best part of this hotel is its location. The beach is within 3 mins. The service is quite poor and the staff is not ready to help you at all. There was a time when there was no water in our bathroom. When we informed the staff, he was not ready to believe us and clearly told us that is it not possible. It was only when many of the guests started complaining about no water, they called a plumber. This was quite disappointing. On a separate occassion, the manager was not ready to move around the check out time. He had no bookings for that day.and guess what, Oyo app mentioned that the check out time is 11am, while hotel insisted on 8am check out. Coming to food, we had complimentary breakfast in our package. PATHETIC is the word for breakfast and the overall quality of restaurant. Unclean, bad or infact no taste; the tables were not even cleaned after every guest moved out.…

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Worst hotel, cannot even be categorized as a one star hotel! The room stinks, pan and spit stains all over room and washroom, torn and dirty mattress, the list is endless..We could not even stay for an hour and checked out! The hotel staff seemed indifferent and showed us another room which was equally bad, or even worse! PLEASE AVOID AND PLACES LIKE THESE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

Miserable experience
My wife and I visited this property between 31 Jan to 3 Feb 2018, were allotted room 206. There was No clothes rack in the Bathroom to keep towels and change clothes. We were moved to Room 201 where the toilets leaked. Service quality was poor except one Srikant. Canteen (not Restaurant) was full of flies, no windows present. Food was good and well cooked, a plus point. Reception staff was courteous, Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone used to a minimum, decent living style. We will come back to Puri but NEVER TO THIS PROPERTY!

Cheap budget hotel
This is cheap budget hotel. The staff is not friendly and rooms is unclean, which includes bedsheets, bathroom etc. We had complimentary breakfast but the arrangements were very confusing. The hotel is close to everything and few metres from the model beach,
