We booked a 6 day package trip to Orissa via Om leisure and it was an excellent experience. The team was extremely professional and provided on time support. However, their flagship property is not so great. We just checked in into a dirty room, waited for 2 hours for a floor mopping so that it could be cleaned. Dirty towels, no hand towel and bathroom fittings fell off.
Sofa was so stained that couldn't sit on it. Pool is dirty. TV wasn't working so again technician had to come and fix it after repeated calls.
The property itself is located in an apartment complex. One block is this hotel (it's not a resort). The rooms are basic. Nothing suite like as they describe. The biggest con is that TV is outside in the seating area and not in the bedroom which is quite disappointing.
Still haven't been to the beach but given to understand that it cannot be walked to.
Please note that 3 extra stars are for. Leisure travel agents and their professionalism and courtesy.

Good staffs and prompt service, The food quality is good, Hotel standard is great. But still they have to improve the service like Water bottles in Room and Shampoo and conditioners etc.

This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I have been to. Let me point wise mention the issues I faced:
1. the lift seems to stop working at random multiple times making my aged mother climb up and down the stairs from our room on 4th floor 2. When we went for breakfast and ordered an omelette we were told that onions were not available. 3. ordered 4 fresh lime sodas recieved each soda having a different taste one worse than the other and again they were out of straws 4. went to the swimming pool to fi d the pool hadn't been clean and the water was green from moss 5. if u didn't come in a electric toto or a car autos are not allowed beyond the main gate from where u have to walk for 2-3mins. 6. breakfast buffet the menu remains the same for all days with no change. 7. took an hour to restock the bread in breakfast buffet. 8. during our stay there was an instance with a guest where reception handed their room keys to another guest and they barged in the room .

In summary: Terrible rooms, ugly toilets, lackluster attitude
Initially, we booked their hotel at Satapada but the place was so bad that they moved us to Puri the next day.
Coming to Puri, the hotel looks more like a hostel or OYO room. It is basically some apartments they rent out as hotel rooms. They have some props at the entry but none of them are well maintained.
The room was average for 2.5k/night but we were charged close to 7k/night for 4 people - which means the rooms were disgustingly horrible. The toilets were extremely dirty and there were cockroaches. The AC did not work well. After we complained, we got a remote that worked but the AC kept being a mess throughout the night.
THERE IS NO WIFI!. When asked, they said that it was a problem because of Ratha Yatra but that is complete crap. Their reception had WiFi. We stayed in another property of theirs in a different city and that had the same issue. We are pretty sure they did not pay for WiFi.
The restaurant is another joke. We were the only fools to probably go to this place (even at the height of pilgrimage tourism). The AC was not working. When we started ordering, 30% of the items were rejected by the waiter directly and the other 30% were rejected by the chef. However, to our surprise, the actual order was eatable.

We visited the place on 31st July with 26 members . Initial impression was all good with special praise for the team responsible of our dinner. But there unnecessarily rules are real pain. They won’t allow our mini bus to enter in the premise and we had to walk miles with our elderly citizens.
For our entire fam only one bell boy was assigned and that too repeatedly requesting them and with the same harsh rule we had to carry our own luggage to the end gate walking miles in the humid weather.
Rooms allotted to us most of them had no AC working and we had to repeatedly call and request them to change it. Room service is of no use and you had to repeatedly go down at the ground floor for any request.
Breakfast had very minimum options and the same repetitive items for all three days of our stay.
Rooms had broken locks , faulty AC, loose fixtures.
Would recommend other hotel in the premise as there are multiple options nearby.

Very good property. Very good hospitality. A staff name Pramodini is a very good co-ordinator, who made the stay pleasant and beautiful. Food quality, room service are very good. Swimming pool is good but it needs cleaning frequently.

The service is terrible. I had to wait nearly an hour for the keys even though i had booked the rooms weeks earlier. The lift is not working almost every time my grand mother had to climb 6 floors many times and she has knee pains now. The room service never picks up your call. And this hotel doesn’t know the meaning of cleanliness there is no cleanliness anywhere in the hotel. Yesterday i ordered my lunch it took them more than an hour to bring it to my room. And at night someone just walked into my room while i was sleeping, the dues were locked properly but somebody opened it with another key and took my keys and submitted them to the reception. The room service is not at all punctual i ordered an extra bed in the morning and till night 11 pm the bed had not came, i had to call them two more times to get the extra bed. The bathrooms in the rooms are not clean at all, the bathtubs look very nasty and dirty.

It is very good and hygiene place for stay, the interior of the rooms are superb, clean and tidy. All the amenities in the room during our stay was provided. Especially hot-water facilities in bathroom and AC, TV are also provided . The outlook of the Hotel is grand and the waiting room is very decorative. This hotel have very luxurious rooms one can come with family and friends to stay happily during their trip. The manager and staff pramodini are cooperative and the service is remarkable. Hotel is near to jagannath temple, which is just few meters away. They have own restaurant for vegetarian in the 1st floor, to which we can go by lift. The restaurant food is delicious, authentic North Indian thali and Alacarte (vegan/Jain food) are served. Overall I had good experience with the stay and food at this hotel in puri.

Great place for a brief stay with friends or familiy. The staff was cooperative and punctual. Pramodini really catered to all of our requests. The poolside is real cool place to hangout or chill additionally the compound was pretty secured with security deployed at all junctions.
