I am an aged (73 years) lady visiting Puri alone to have the Jagannath Darshan. I choose this hotel, very budget friendly with all amenities but I am overwhelmed with service they are providing. They are taking care of my non spicy food, my local travel , the room service everything. Not a big property, so they can individually take care of every guest. No lift , so I am staying at the first floor.I. Checked in on 29 Sep,3rd I shall check out. I recommend this place to the people who likes to stay in small property and love to order food just of their liking , fresh and tailor made , like I am doing here. Thank you. This is small property in a calm atmoshphere just fit for a family to enjoy with full liberty. Rooms are good, facilities are just OK as we are not so very keen on hotel ambience. so wi fi, mini fridge, LED TV and AC were enough for us. but why we are going ga ga about this little property ? It is the warmth of service.The staffs were tirelessly waiting for your requests. I wont say they were brilliant but they were honest and very helpful. We were all feeling at home that is why giving them the maximum rating.

Totally disappointed by the behavior of the management....Mr .Mukherjee is running his so called boutique hotel sitting from Kolkata which I found is worst then a guest house ... with a single stuff . They promised us that they will give us home made food from their kitchen ...which is totally a bluff...they don't have a proper kitchen . They have TV in their rooms but they are not working. Geyser is not working ...you can't see sea from the room ....but management assured us that we can see that from the terrace which we found always under lock and key . We use to visit Puri every year...sometimes more than once but never faced such situation . Please think twice before booking this boutique hotel.

We had stop over in this place during our drive from Bangalore to Kolkata for 2 nights. Hospitality and service was extremely good. Cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained by the staff. Food served was delicious ( Veg/Non-Veg ) . This place is pet friendly and my pet's food was also taken care ( provided rice and chicken soup ) which actually made my stay. Location wise it is not sea facing , but Model Beach which is 1 of the Blue Flag Sea beaches of India is just a 5 min walk away. I would recommend people to stay here whoever is looking for some peaceful time after a lockdown.

The worst experience till date. It's a guest house with total 9 rooms, 2 workers and 1 senior. No food facility and the food which they prepare is not at a clean place. No reception. We have booked super deluxe room (room no. 301) under which rain water comes inside while the windows are locked. The entire floor get wet and our one bag becomes wet as the floor is filled with water. We have asked them to change our room and they said only one deluxe room is avavailable under which damp smell is coming. The people over there have no service attitude as they are not professionals of hospitality industry and they are just only working over there.
