I checked into this hotel as I could not get a reservation for the day at other places. This one is located very close to the beach and I would say, this place is a bit better maintained than other hotels in this budget. The rooms are spacious. The bedspread was clean and the beds are ideal for a good sleep. Towels, slippers bodywash and handwash are provided. They also have free breakfast included in the package. The breakfast platter, though specific is tasty. The food in the a-la-carte has a reasonable price as well and is quite good. They have a pool too. The staff is cordial as well. However, there is no lift and you need to use the staircase at all times. The TV made a horrible sound when switched on. The hotel is best aimed at tourists, providing better facilities than most others. However, they need to improve the parking and maintenance in the rooms to be counted amongst the best ones.

This hotel is good within an affordable price. The surroundings and the services are good. The restaurant is clean and the staff members warm approach is welcoming. The current generation songs added to the increasing holiday mood among travelers in the evenings. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The restaurant on top roof should be maintained and cleaned because so many cats are climbing on the dining tables and chairs. The best thing was the hotel staff lamped the fire near the swimming pool to make the travelers feel warm to tackle the chilling winter cold which was amazing. The hotel is very close to beach. The room service guys were humble and responded very well whenever called. Ranjitha Madam was very responsive and understanding to the travelers needs. My personal thanks to her for blocking the rooms though my flight got delayed for one day. In short, I recommend this hotel for the new visitors and travelers.

Dangerous for kids as cockroaches and bugs everywhere including food hall. Felt dump and very little maintenance.
Have paid Rs 4500 per night for the premium room, and we returned with sick kids (food poisoned)! It took almost a week to recover.
We will not be going back.

We sayed for 4 days during Christmas 2021. The pictures in MMT and Google are misleading as we found below issues: no balcony. No sea view. Room furniture was broken. geyser was working but no toilet accessories or very low quality accessories. executive rooms are dark and no sunlight. no complementary drinking water for first day. reception personal was not helpful. staffs are polite. complementary breakfast is below average with low quality meal. booked for 4 days with per day cost is 3000/- from MMT but not worth it. We also booked tours from the hotel but we have to wait more that an hour for cab to arrive at hotel.
So my suggestion is not to opt for this hotel. Hotel is not worth it.

It is just behind the beach. Good ambience & hospitality with well behaved staffs. Rooms & toilets are spacious and clean. Restaurant is also good but options in coplementary breakfast are less mainly constricted to south indian dishes. Wish to stay here again at next time

Service is really good. All the staffs are cooperate and friendly in nature. The food is also tasty with reasonable price. You can hangout with your friends or family. I tried nan and butter chicken. The quality and quantity was very good.
