We had booked 3 rooms in Pegasus crown. The location of the hotel is very good. The Shillong point is within 2 mins of walking distance. Behavior of the staff is also nice. But the rooms and the washroom will require good maintenance. The furniture and the bathroom fittings are in a dilapidated state.

One of The Best Pathetic Hotel of the world. I had visited this property on 17th July 2019 with my family and in law's. We have taken two room where in one room the water from ceiling continuesly falling in the bed. Another issue was in my room the basin was blocked from the beginning of my stay. The manager or the receptionist is very irresponsible. He is not giving 1% attention towards our issues.. I would like to stay in the road side rather than stay in this hotel...

Pathetic. Anyone giving a 3/4/5 star must be a worker of this hotel. Absolutely horrible hotel. Rooms stink. Old furniture. Horrible lighting. But bottom line, this hotel stinks, rooms as well as the lobby. Everything stinks. We were stuck when we went there. No rooms were available anywhere, but this hotel had rooms free. Should have understood right then. Horrible.

This hotel is by far the most pathetic in my entire hotel experience across the world. - It took me 3 rounds of police bazaar area to find this hotel. If you are driving on own please check the hotel GPS location beforehand - Even if you manage to reach the hotel , there is no space to park as their parking is in the basement - Even if you manage to park on the road, they will send one of their guy to show the parking....But hold on you can't go directly ....You have to negotiate the police bazaar traffic again for one way rules to reach back side of the same building ....Taking inside the parking and taking the car out of it will need a skillful driver otherwise accident may happen - If you manage to get to parking , you will be greeted with shabby and smelly rooms . -Bathrooms are awful with broken basin and leakage problems - if you manage sleep one night , you will meet the greatest artists of the hotel at the breakfast table, make sure you repeat your correct order 2 -3 times and then wait for 30 to 40 mins....If you order early from room ....They will serve you cold food. All in all .....If I want to punish any person I don't like I will definitely suggest him or her this hotel ....Rest will be history 😀😀😀

If you want to stay right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Police Bazaar then this hotel is a good location. There's hardly anything else to talk positive about. We booked for five nights during Christmas through Goibido. They charged an exorbitantly high rate - that too without breakfast. Their Executive room was too small to accommodate an extra bed. General upkeep is poor. The linen and towels are very old. Lift was out of order. Overall it was a bad experience. Choose this hotel only as a last resort.

We had a good time with this hotel. The rooms are nice. It is adjacent to the heart of the city. Ten minutes walk to Ward's lake. I booked this hotel MakeMyTrip. The hotel has a nice cake-cum-patties shop.

My stay experience at this hotel was not at all pleasant and was below expectations. The rooms are not at all clean; I saw used soaps and toileteries of the previous guests in the washroom and it took couple of reminders to get them removed. The towels and bedsheets are not at all cleaned and curtains are shabby. The hotel also does not offer complimentary breakfast to the guests. Overall, a dismal experience.

This property just sucks. Rooms are dirty with stinking smell all around. Bathroom had leakage problem. Side lamps were broken. Inspite of pre booking we were given dirty rooms and when we complained we were told by reception person that all rooms are already occupied so what was the use of pre booking. Please avoid this property at any cost and better to go for some other better options.

Had been to shillong this month and stayed in this hotel .We booked the executive room but don’t go with the name ,the room’s condition was worst than a low budgeted room ,cleanliness is a question mark for this hotel and for such room they are charging a very good amount which is not at all worth it. There were no basic toiletries present in the room ,after being asked they provided us with only towels ,the window curtains were dirty as hell !!!

The location of the hotel is it's highlight. It is just beside the Police bazaar taxi stand and a few steps away from the main shopping area. We stayed in their executive room with massive windows which provided a great view of the city but the room and the bathroom were not that spacious. The hotel staff would regularly come and clean the rooms and the bathroom and change the towels so cleanliness was never an issue. They have their own restaurant, bar and bakery shop. We booked the hotel using #MakeMyTrip and got a massive deal. The hotel is a bit old and requires a little renovation but otherwise, it is an excellent hotel if you want to stay in the heart of the city at a reasonable price.
