Don't even know from where shall I start! The worst hotel that can ever exist is Hotel Pillars 55 Shillong. It is listed on OYO, however, there is no signboard and you can only find Harihar dairy on maps. It seems like a residential complex of 2/3 buildings which are earning money through OYO. one of the apartment has the rooms and families are residing in the other apartments.The location of the hotel is the worst! And you will get a hard time to find it out. I had reached this hotel at evening time and wanted a room as my parents were super tired and wanted a room to crash after a hectic day! The manager smelt the desperation and immediately askd for Rs.2500 per room though on OYO it was showing as Rs.1800-2000! We were allotted a new construction room which was super small amd suffocating though furnitures were new. No water bottle, no food, no TV! No nearby market too! Later learnt that few people even found out hidden cameras in the rooms! Avoid this hotel cz it doesn't seem like a legal property. Manager was Rude and snooty!…

For a single person, this hotel is really cheap. I booked from Oyo and paid just Rs2000 out of my pocket for 4 days, rest was adjusted from Oyo Money and Oyo Rupee. The overall interiors of the hotel was clean. The staff were courteous and responsive.
