People were good. Manager was fine tried his best to reach the proper destination. But the hotel was not found on google maps. I have to take an auto. He charged more than double than ola. Had to face the problem just because of location. Everything else was good and fine.

Clean rooms but very small. Chilled wind passing through passage. Card payment was not accepted at hotel. Complementary water bottles only given on first day. Otherwise staffs are very friendly and helpful. Foods are overpriced and served at room only.

For my wife and me, the stay at Nirvana guest house was for a night, enroute Dowki and Cherapunji. The Google maps helped reach exact spot, which otherwise would have been difficult. The small guest house is in a residential neighbourhood unlike a commercial spot, and that's a positive (low noise, low rush) and negative (closely built neighbouring residential houses leave no view of Shillong, except for a small one at the top most of three stories building). Rooms were clean and staff courteous. However, we were given only two options for the breakfast combo (bread butter with three slices, or Bread Omlette). Bathrooms were small, clean and had toiletries stocked well. However, flush tank was dripping. Overall, an average property.
