Cleanliness is ok. Good for family stay. But the location is a matter of problem for marketing etc. You have to hire taxi for extra cost. It is tough to come on foot to the main road. Road is steep. Rests are ok.

It's was nice stay with me and my family in Shillong hotel room are very clean bathroom also need and clean service are very good view was ossom hotel was located very peaceful area no noise pollution Fresh Air sleep well over all every thing is perfect

Visited with family for 3 days. Road leads towards the hotel is not at all good, it is almost 60ft down and no driver like to go till hotel. It has very sharp down slope which is very difficult to go with big car like innova with loaded family. No where it is mentioned in the web site about this.We had to walk with senior citizen to reach the hotel and again climbing till road every day. Hotel does not have any fan in all the room except one, it may not required most of the time in a year, but needed in summer. Rooms are good, basically these are 2 bhk, but only one bathroom. So if you are traveling with six people you need to think about that. Food is really good, the person who handling the the kitchen is very friendly and provides you food and drinks as you needed. The reception need to be improved a lot, specially the behavior. If you are planning with elder people, please avoid this place as they dont have lift also.…

Nice hotel to stay with the family. Balcony view of the nature is excellent from the hotel. Food is good and delicious. Behaviour of the hotel manager and staff is very cordial. Location and surroundings are very nice with the natural scenic beauty and views of khasi hill and shillong city but outer from the main city. Thanks.

Mantra's hospitality and service was very good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food was average with limited options. The view from some of the rooms are very good. But the road to reach the hotel is very scary. The map won't show the exact location so you won't be able to find it yourself. You will have to call the hotel people to take you there. The location is peaceful, far away from the city noise.
