This hotel doesnot deserve to get a single star also. Hotel staffs are jst disgusting. You literally have to beg for towels and soaps. Every time you enter the room there is a rotten smell as they dont have proper dranage system or exhaust fan or windows. All the room are just same some rooms might have windows.

Rooms are small and bathrooms not so clean. Fan was working properly and price was on the higher side compared to the service. We reached Shillong in the night and had no other option so we took it as it was very close to police bazar.

It was a good hotel with reasonable price. Neat and clean. Also restaurant is there inside the hotel. It is walking distance from police bazar. 2bed, 3bed rooms are available. Big parking area underground.

Rooms and locations were good but there was lack of maitenance and room service was not upto the mark. The hotel was not equivalent as per the room pricing, as they sell rooms to brokers, who instead sell it to customers.

I stayed in Hotel Grace for three nights and overall it was a fantastic experience. Well decorated rooms, clean bathrooms, wi-fi and efficient room service were the highlights of the hotel. The food was average and a bit pricy, but satisfactory nonetheless. The location is an added bonus, since, it is in Police Bazaar, the hub of Shillong. The prices...

We stayed for 4 Nights in this hoted and had a great experience. Mr. Dhiarj, with whom always had a talk since reservation, is a great...

We stayed here for 2 nights from 9th Aug to 11th Aug. The rooms are dingy, bad quality of beds, sheets, etc. The view from the room is of the market but the windows are too small. However the hotel is located in the Police Bazaar area which is buzzing with activity .So, if you want to be in the...

Dirty. Broken window in my room. Dogs across the street barked loudly at 3am every morning and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. There was a loud wedding upstairs on our last night there, so no one got a wink of sleep and the place was completely wrecked the next day. Guests were smoking in the halls, right next to the...

I forgot to ask the price when I checked in, and i was charged 1800 for a dirty doble room that is not worth the price. The staff is constatly knocking the door to pretend they are "cleaning" but the carpet on the floor is dirty as hell as well as the bed and the sheets. There are nicer places...
