Good hospitality. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Hot water available. Clean rooms. Concierge desk. Rates are good. It was a good experience overall. Many POIs in walking distance. No complaints. I'll recommend.

Cottage type outlook with lovely garden. Mostly hanging garden look . Lovely owners. We had variety of options for breakfast which was included in our 3 day stay. Clean bed and bathroom. Once back after roaming at night we were served light hot dinner

One or office colleague and me visited Shillong for a office tour and stayed at Hotel Highwinds. It was a great stay with helpful staff as we were on a business tour. Hope to comeback with the family for a memorable tour.

The property was quite different from what was shown in th epcitures.In the pictures it seemed beautiful but actually there were lots of problems in the rooms.Location was also very secluded and boring.There was problem of drainage in the washroom.

Situated close to a major drainage.. The hotel was smelling bad and was full of mosquitoes. Thete was foul smell and had to ask for room freshener. Cups and glass provided in the room were so sub standard that a local dabha will have better options. The garden shown in the picture is not accessible most of the times. Staff, especially Laxman and Neeraj, we're good, but had their own limitations. Booked through Oyo and regretted paying a bomb. Breakfast was poor and felt like the the hotel was not interested in serving fresh pudis. There is no parking space and is situated on a busy road which leaves very little time for to unload luggage The hotel is approx 2 km from police bazaar and have decent connectivity to it. My suggestion :- Avoid. You will get better options in this price range.…
