While the hotel is well located and rooms are spacious and clean, they do not have non-smoking rooms. Also, the room was ver hot inspite of a temp control in each room. The temperature continued to be at 25 degree inspite of setting at 18-21. The staff, though courteous, could not help and gave their own explanation that the individual room temp can not be changed as it is centralised AC system!.

We do not have non smoking rooms as such as we have different types of guests to cater to but our housekeepers effectively clean and deodorize a room to eliminate Cigarette Smoke Odour. I have stayed in many hotels all around the world. This easily belongs to the top hotels. The room I stayed is very spacious and it has all the facilities one would need. They have multiple plug points too. Food is good. Staff are friendly, helpdul, and courteous. Service is excellent. No noise unlike staying by police bazaar. It is just one km from police bazaar. They don't have the ironing board in the room. Overall, I will recommend this place.

Amazing stay!! Hotel staff is extremely helpful. They go out of their way to try and make the stay memorable for their guests. Food is delicious .I would certainly recommend this beautiful hotel for any trip.

I loved everything about my stay here. The service here was second to none. I stayed for 2 weeks in the suite room. Spent nights in the bar and dined at the restaurant daily, when I didn’t feel like going out I ordered everything to the room. Much love to the chef Mr. Santra Gautam and Cherine Kharbuli for being the most accommodating. The whole team at Heiga is friendly and hardworking. Service was always promt, and I was always greeted with smiles, great vibes from all the staff. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Hi to heiga, we booked a hall on 3rd august'22 for marriage anniversary of my mom & dad, i am very delighted to throw the party @ hotel heiga, the arrangement they did were very good, the food we ordered was extremely satisfying, everybody enjoyed, along with that the service which we got was excellent, thanks to Mr. Mithun & his entire team, we will recommend to all for coming to hotel Heiga, great work keep it up...........

The food and service was excellent...the staff are very hard working and they have alot of food variety especially chinese food you must try...the restaurant was so need and clean like any other restaurant in shillong...heiga is like one of the best restaurant in the city.
