Perfect for a short family break. Near Shillong and close to Umroi airport.
Facility includes bungalow with three bedrooms, hall and a kitchen. Cooking utensils and gas made available. An additional single bedroom cottage also available.
Resort houses a fishing pond with boating facility. You can get a fishing rod as well. Barbecue also available.
Easily accessible, helpful staff. Inflatable pool and trampoline will be great fun for kids.

I stayed at sunshine farms and resort which is located at nonglakhait in Shillong in may 2018. It is located near the airport and provides great place to relax. There are many activities also available such as fishing and bonfire.

I just loved the experience , i stayed here for a week , the experience which i had was so good i can't even express in words , The Aura Of Place Was So Good ,
i recommend it to everyone to visit here and stay for a night.

We had a stay yesterday on the property. It is a huge property, still not finished completely. It has a 3bedroom villa(we stayed), few cottages and tents.
Pros:
1. Lots of open space to enjoy any outdoor game.
2. Villa is well decorated, spacious.
3. Villa has three bedrooms, drawing room with two 3 seater sofas, kitchen with gas oven & microwave etc , one bathroom, washing machine, swimming pool.
4. An excellent caretaker with always helpful attitude.
5. Excellent cook who can cook for you if you inform well ahead.
Cons:
1. One bathroom is not enough for a three bedroom villa. Should plan to include atleast another one bathroom.
2. Kitchen doesn't have enough glasses.
3. We saw rats at night.

Located just near the city airport (perfect location),the resort is clean and provides you great hospitality.The Resort provides us almost every facilities from good rooms to fishing , bicycling , barbeque , bon fire and pool. Who needs a room service when you can cook for yourself like home , i just loved this idea of the resort. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.
