Location is very good. Couple friendly. No one ask about the relationship. Any kind of I-card is enough. Needs some attention to the interior. We found the ceiling fan very noisy. Overall experience is good

Stayed here for two nights. Hotel is located at a convenient place. The room had both air conditioners as well as ceiling fan. Room and bathroom was clean but the towels in the bathroom was very dirty due to overuse. Initially dirty bed linens were spread but they changed them when insisted. The food was good but the breakfast spread was mediocre. The room tariff is very high maybe due to tourist season. The hotel does not accept any card (debit/credit) for payment even when the government is insisting for going ‘cashless’.

Located right at the Keating Road, Very Close to Police Bazaar Circle (Main Marketplace and Heart of Shillong). Nicely done Room Interiors for the Budget Hotel, Food was Delicious(Except for Breakfast), Courteous and Responsive Staff. But, Maintenance and Breakfast needs a makeover. Found Spider in my Bed, though not sure how it came in, as slept without any issues. Bedsheets / Quilt cover / Bathroom Towels were Dirty and had Spots and Rashers. No Hand Towel / Exhaust in Bathroom. And they do not offer Mineral Water Bottles by default, so you will have to order them separately. Though most of the months in Shillong you do not need AC, but most of the Hotel Rooms do have Acs, and the month of May to July you need AC in Shillong too, as its Humid and Sweaty. So there were no Acs in the Room, no Mini Fridge (That's at some point can be ignored considering budget hotel). Breakfast needs a complete makeover, the Options, the Quality was something which put down the complete experience at the Hotel. For Eg. The Butter was kept in a bowl, open, melted, and one look at it, and you don't even want to touch it. For Shillong i was expecting good Non Veg options, but except for Eggs, no other Non Veg options were available. Veg options were also very less, Fruits were more of Name Sake, non sorted. Overall, Good Choice for Budget Stays in Non Peak Summer Season, Close Proximity and InRoom Dining. Ignore if you consider Best Practises and Quality Stay.…

I liked the hotel and the location; they offered good breakfast, and where very helpful. The rooms are beautiful decorated, a small fridge would be highly appreciated. Only small issue that I only had boiling water in shower, but after a call that was taken care of in minutes. I can recommend everyone to use this hotel as vase for exploring the city, restaurant and Supermarkt direct available as well 100 mtr walk to central taxi point and ATM

Good and clean hotel in the heart of town very helpful staff especially the managers.Although it is in the centre you will not be affected by the noise. They have an in-house restaurant and their breakfast is complementary

Good utilization of space in small rooms, clean and well maintained bathrooms, great breakfast, just 200 m away to police bazaar, Safe parking. Small rooms but not sound proof hence irritating in midnight due to loads of noise, no refilling of tea material for more than once in a day Decent stay at budget price

The hotel is situated in a convenient place in Police Bazar, you can roam around from here very easily. The staffs were well mannered and very hospitable. Complimentary breakfast quality was very good, but they can think of adding more varieties in their items. House keeping service could be a bit more proactive as they were delayed while cleaning rooms and washrooms. Overall it was a good experience but could be better!

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. Staff was good, well mannered. Room and bathroom was clean, buffet breakfast was okay and the food from the restaurant was amazing (we ordered via room service). But the bedsheets, duvet cover and towels were not clean. There were yellow stains on the sheets even after changing them. There were no toothpaste and toothbrush in the bathroom also. This things should be checked carefully to provide a better place for the guests.
