ARROGANT, RUDE, GUNDA STAFF AT THE PROPERTY

The experience at this property was not at all satisfactory. The level of service is not at all like before. I have been visiting this property since 2010 and never experienced this kind of pathetic experience and service. Specially the HK supervisor most rude person i came across on the property who had the audacity to speak so rudely on just a mere topic of Umbrella to be utilised. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and understanding. When the gentleman at the reception spoke to Prakash on his behaviour and tried explaining him, Prakash spoke to him also rudely in front of us. The gentleman at the reception tried correcting him on his tone and he did not even care and was arrogant to him in front of my entire family. Like from where do you get such staff who do not have the basic courtesy to speak to their guest, he was like having a gunda kind of attitude. THIS IS VERY EMBARASSING TO BE IN THIS SITUATION IN FRONT OF YOUR FAMILY…

Unpleasant, Hospitality at its worst experience

We are group of 5 friends in our fifties who ve visiting Matheran every Mansoons staying in Adamo every year in the same villa. Our experience was good so far but this year was a different bad , i wld say very bad experience. Right from booking from the Mumbai office where we were not even given credit card link to change of certain terms which were not honoured at the time of getting our villa. The person at the Reception ( Jaisingh )was behaving as if he was obliging us.Initially he gave us wrong villa inspite of pre booking a particular villa.All these when we are their loyal customers since last 15 years.We asked for the Manager Mr Yadav .We were told to contact him directly.Mr Yadav ,the manager didn't recv our calls. The support staff had equal attitudes and were constantly giving us impression of being under obligation. The entire hotel had only 2 reservations ( Thursday ) yet we were treated like this.A worst Hospitality experience.We had to go to the market to get some medicine.We asked for the Hotel Umbrella.Mr Jaisingh told us there were no Umbrella.The same eve we saw the Hotel stall enjoying with the Hotel Umbrella at the lake. During checkout when we tried to thank Mr Jaiswal for the stay as a courtesy he mage a pokered face and told us he doesn't require any thank yous.We were not given any Wifi connection. Yes, the food was good but here again they were very rigid about the menu.Since we were the only residents for the Meal plan, we had requested for subtle changes but they were acting very pricey. We don't know the reason for such unprofessional behaviour but we checked out with a bitter experience .I do not think we ll visit the place again although we had some pleasant previous memories Yes, the food was good.We …

Matheran -The walkable Hill Statiom

Spacious Rooms, Food is ok as per gujarati cuisines are concerned especially loved eating khichdi and kadi 😍🙏 and also other dishes are totally Indianised and more towards gujarati cuisines which we as family enjoyed. Need to improvise gardens and kids play area. The Puppet Show and Magic show were loved by my kids.Should have more kids or children activities as kids room with snooker or pool and other indoor games inside too. Overall a good experience with Adamo.

The hotel is a cheat. Charge twice to customers.

Very worse service. Charged twice for my stay. After calling them, they asks us to send our query on whatsapp number. How great is that. Very unprofessional. 14,000 is not a small amount for anyone. When can the hotel they said they have cleared everything from their end and when we call their office they say your issue is under process.

Best place to stay in Mathean

Excellent place to stay in matheran,We had pleasant stay.All the staff is very nice including manager very nice and polite person. Food was testy. Really value for money.wiil definitely like to visit again.

Overpriced and pathetic service.

Pathetic service and hospitality.not worth the price and the service guys are very arrogant.they are running hostel.not hotel!.we stayed for 2 days(16.1.23-18.1.23.).even room service was not done in between 2 days.we gave the guy in reception to Mr milind.We were not served the breakfast for which we paid the money.NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Bad Management

I stayed at this resort i have never seen such pathetic people Will never recommend this to anyone . People are so rude that We arrived 2:45pm they said no for lunch which was included in the package ...Imagine 2.45pm???? They said Management doesn't allow us to serve customers ... MANAGEMENT???? IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE.. Nobody to take care of guests ..Only one person sitting at the receotion..Food quality is LOW.. There are lot of better hotels around with good people ..ADAMO IS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY WHAT I PAID for . SUCH A BAD HOTEL AND RESORT . Evening Tea and Snacks had only biscuits No WIFI , Rooms are Average Management is Worse , Nobody will help you for sure

Centrally Located

Very Good Resort to go with family, nice food, small pool for kids, cosy rooms with open balcony. Walkable distance to market & all major site seeing only challenge is room service, very very slow & late - they will easy take 1 hour to deliver your food, so if you have babies with you please order your food on time & plan accordingly. other wise it had good experience at this resort, spend 2 nights All the Best

Worst experience

We had booked 4 rooms on 26th n 27th april one room no.504 Ac was not working and we had to sleep without ac for the whole night.there was no response from theresort even after repeated telling to change the room they did not change the room manager was not available during night no one at reception during night horrible resort n pathetic service only if u want to waste ur money go or else dont go

Terrible service

We have been to Adamo the resort for one night and faced a multitude of issues. Firstly we booked a twin bed and there said there were ‘no twin beds’. Secondly when we requested to take a few buffet bits to the room we were denied. Thirdly, after asking multiple times for an extra blanket because the room got too cold no one came to help. After which I went to the reception myself and as you can see had to carry the blanket myself. There was no staff at the reception and the watchman had gave the blanket to me. Above all this, the management was rude and did not reply to any calls and enquiries with patience. Would not recommend this hotel! I’ve been in hotels much cheaper than this in matheran and the stay has been much better and more welcoming.
