Adamo the village it was awesome stay...with bigger n spacious rooms... location is perfect....best part is the supportive staff they have ....Mr. Parvez sir was helpful all manners...he is a awesome guy, total value for money comparing to others....
Hotel manager Parvesh behaves so badly that you feel a total wrong choice has been made by choosing Adamo village. He threatens you and you feel scared by the way you treats and threatens you .I would not recommend this place if such people are there to welcome guests . Otherwise place is good with good ambience facilities and other staff also behaved well so far . I am writing this review minutes after check in today ..
I sameer shaikh check in at 6th may & check out at 8th may.The manager do partiality with guest he treat us like a fool and other guest as a god Not even 15 minutes have passed till we checked in our room and we were told to shift our rooms just because we were 4 men's and the next room was a family room, if we done something uncomfortable then we would have switched the rooms but we did nothing as only 15 mins have passed in our checkin time. But still we did change our rooms regards we did nothing wrong but still after 2 hrs the manager named Parvez came and told us to change our rooms "AGAIN" he keep telling that the family guests are uncomfortable. again we were in our rooms and did nothing wrong after that they gave us deluxe room at late night. Later we found out that the guest that were complaining and the manager who kept us changing our room were friends and just because of few tips he get from that guest. We were there only for 2 days in which we wasted 1day in just changing our rooms. We would like if the Adamo Village would compensate us for the trouble that the guest and manager parvez gave us!…
The Resort was really good. The food was also good, tasty and had variety of dishes. We went just after the lockdown was removed, so some facilities were shut but the the resort is clean, the rooms are good.
One of the best place to visit and stay. In midst of nature, rooms were clean, staff were friendly, good sanitization, good for children to play. Last but not the least the food prepared by chef and the team was just awesome. I do recommend to visit here to have a delightful n peaceful experience.
Adomo village is clean and sanitized well. Distancing is also kept in mind. Food quality is very good and delicious Staff is very good even Mr Parvez. Would recommend it to stay during this tough covid times as they take care of all safety measures.
It was a terrible experience of staying in this hotel. They didn’t provide us the food even after ordering and making us to wait for 1 and half hour. We were attacked by the monkeys outside our room and no body informed us. Staff was not even bothered to provide us with the drinking water even after asking for it 2-3 times.
Worst experience is Matheran, dont fall in trip of Adamo’s name. The manager Mr. Parvez is there to spoil your holiday. From waiting for food for 2 hrs and several calls, getting just opposite of what you ordered. Water bottle not delivered till check out. And rude behaviour of Mr. Parvez with only 2 lines “Sorry ab jo hogaya vo ho gaya” “ab kya kar saktein hai” No lock in washroom door, hot water after 4 bucket of muddy water and multiple calls to the reception
During holi weekend we have visited this place. Food was very good, we njyed overall stay. Property is good but not maintained, there is a scope for improvement in many areas. During our visit they called magician along with kiddos we njyed it.
Having read some of the critical reviews, we were quite apprehensive of staying there. But still went by the sixth sense and stayed there for two nights three days. The experience was awesome. Location: Most ideal location, just where the market ends and the nature begins. Green foliage of south Matheran literally begins from this place. All the Matheran viewpoints are within comfortable walking distance. Resort: Well-maintained resort with good number of swings, indoor games, swimming pool, walking track and greenery. Excellent for family or group stays as the resort has ample space for kids to run and play. Staff: Right from reception, night security head (with a big moustache), restaurant staff and housekeeping, each one of them responded positively to personlised requests every time. All the personal demands were happily and promptly fulfilled. Our request for badminton rackets post dinner, call to security person to get a guest to stop playing loud music at 1 am in night, computer table in room, vapour inhalation machine etc. etc were immediately attended to. Value for Money: For the price that we paid, it was probably the best value for money stay we have ever had in a resort of Adamo level. Drawback: Some amenities mentioned on website need to be deleted (snack pack and tea coffee maker) from the website as they are not available. Thanks.…
