Location: Good, close to market. Hygiene: okk... It's maintained properly. Staff: courteous.. But no room services, everytime you have to go to the reception n ask for things, fixed timings for hot water. Budget: Low budget, pocket friendly. Amenitis: Free Wi-Fi, small TV, selective A/C rooms, No swimming pool or gym or indoor games... Just stay nothing else. Family Deluxe AC room is spacious enough for 4 Pax with two queen beds. No in house resto or dining.

As we visited matheran for the first time so we were not knowing that there is no need to do prior booking. One can get nice hotels without prior booking as well. There is no proper room service. No facility for breakfast and lunch

Situated in main market. Big room for 4 adults. So we can stay in one room. They have no canteen or restaurant but there are good hotels at walking distance. Play area or other facilities are not present.

The hotel is right in the market area.. it has very clean and big rooms.. we enjoyed alot in the hotel.. the staff is very Co operative and although they do not have a restaurant, they can arrange food for you from near buy restaurant and the food is very tasty..

I visited Matheran in March'16 with my husband and we booked Roshan Residency through Goibibo, we got it dirt cheap, the hotel is newly built and room and bathroom is super clean, they don't have any amenities, but the staff is helpful to get food from a nearby restaurant, would recommend this place if going for a day/overnight stay.

We were a group of 30 people and booked Roshan residency for short stay of one day. Staff was very helpful and they arranged both breakfast and lunch for extra cost which saved lot of time. Hot water will be available from 7am to 8am. And its in the center of the market. Will visit this place even in next visit to matheran.

The room that we booked was not the one we were given.Pictures posted online suggested two double bed room but we were allotted 1 double bed and one single bed room.Moreover it was not up to the mark when it comes to cleanliness.Very average hospitality I will say.

Its situated in center of matheran.. in budget.. have good ac/non ac room.. breakfast made by hotel is simply good.. they also arrange veg thali.. rooms nd bathroom are clean.. RO water.. they provide hot water bucket in morning.. its for the travelling who want to wander in matheran nd not interested in service like swimming pool nd jacuzzi nd garden.. go for it.. staff is very co operated

The location of the hotel right in the market and walking distance to most of the places. It is a newly built hotel and price is reasonable. Staff of the hotel are very helpful and prompt. Varieties of rooms available and can accommodate big families. CONS - No kitchen Pro - Food arranges from outside, in the market area so many choices of food and other items to buy, new hotel and rooms are spacious.
