When asking for bill, they are saying after checkout we will get the bill. On check out saying within 24-48 ur. N after 48 hr it take a seven days This type of servicing they are providing us We have completed our payment on time with GST bill, but they are worst for providing bill

Very dirty rooms and rooms was bad smelly, staff is also not good. They ask amount only in cash to avid GST, Never visit such type of resorts,lot of bed bugs, Also the cost is too mu h compare to their facilities. Food is somewhat OK.

Room are not clean.Fan not working.ground floor is not clean. ac is damage.in room smell not good.toilet and bathroom is not clean.no driking water services.food qulity is not good. I suggest two hotel in matheran 1)Hotel royal 2)Horseland hotel Redwood resort is not good for family.it not resort its gauest house feeling..

My experience with this resort was very bad...this is not any kind of resort...it's like lodge in jungle...very far from market area... Owener & Staff is very rude...no any proper management, property is not well maintain, food was also average, room was not clean... Will never visit this place again... Owner has 2 more property in Matheran...name is Anandritz & Sun n shed resort...So never visit this property also... U will get lots of options to stay in matheran near matheran...Worst Experience

In all bad experience the food was not at all good some dishes were heavy which disturbed the stomach. As the food was gujju almost all dishes were sweet which I didn't like. No maintenance of the place was not done from years. No room service. WiFi is also limited till the reception and no network in the rooms.

It was really a horrible experience. First of all I enquired for Kumar Plaza and one of the staff over there Amol Patil wronly told me that Kumar Plaza is already booked for my date and redwood resort is a venture of Kumar Plaza which made us do the booking. When we reached redwood we were shifted to some some Anand resort.The behaviour of the person sitting in the reception was worse and he is trying to bully the guest.we were offered a room without ac but we booked an ac room and payed 3500 for couple.they argued that we did not opt for ac room and were not refunding our money.the room we stayed has no windows and there is no ventelation so it was suffocating and full of mosquitoes. They have a restaurant called krishna restaurant which a veg restaurant. The food was nothing better and most of the dishes were not fully cooked and we had stomach problem after eating the horrible food.so in short there is nothing good about this resort.sincere advice not to go there.…

The hotel is near some of the popular tourist points and can be walkable in some case. The hotel was not so great but most of the time spent in generally outside the rooms. There are games like carrom, table tennis and a swimming pool. There is also a disco room for all the guests. Average wifi which is only available at the reception area and not in the room. Breakfast was decent and there was a jain option too. Overall it was a good stay with clean (not great looking), spacious rooms.

No cable, bad wifi. We were 3 adults and a child who stayed in the standard room (good for 2) had to pay extra as the child is free. But no extra bed, 1 adult slept on the floor. Food not equal to price

Just cane back from Matheran and 1st thing I am doing is writing this review to help others. Its THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Its so dirty that I can’t even explain in words.. please check out the photographs. We have asked the reception to change the sheets.. and they were even worse. The house keeping guys has no experience of hotel manners or manners in general. They seem like some local boys without any training of any kind. Hotel Management seem alien to them. The food was bad, toilet flush was not working, couldn’t get rid of the smell in the room. Overall the management seriously reconsider about the maintenance. Don’t go by the photograph they posted.. its not as good as they look here. I was charged ₹4500 for one night including the food I feel like it was way too overrated and overpriced .…

Very bad experience. You can find better hotels in same budget. Firstly its not near market its located in the end of market. No ac rooms in rainy season. Fridge not available. Was getting smell from beds. Swimming pool is in such condition none of us dare to enter in. Overnight many ants was sprearded on floor. Do not waste your money by seeing pics Its not near to market. Its located in the end markets.No a.c. t.v. fridge. Swimming pool is useless. You can find better hotels in same budget. Pics are displayed are old one when it was build may be. Got a cochcroze in sambar. Untidy rooms and washrooms
