A very well laid out hotel with greenery all around.The rooms and the cottages in particular are very comfortable and fairly well equipped. The management should check the equipment’s in the rooms to ensure that these are properly functioning. It was found that in some rooms either the fridge or tv or AC were not working properly. Over all the staff members respond promptly and are helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good, variety of items are served and the staff members do take personal care during breakfast time.The menu in the restaurant also has a wide variety and the cooking is fairly good. Good choice for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. The hotel personnels should immediately install railings for facilitating movement of the guests especially at the entrance and approach area of the cottages. Senior citizens are at a risk. If the suggestion are impotent will be a lovely place to stay.

This is a very neat and clean property, Staff was very co-operative and friendly, They helped with Luggage and Firewood very nicely. Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Abhishek called me back to return the excess money paid during checkout, and they handed back the money very instantly. Good property for large groups. They were also kind enough to give us packed sandwiches with ketchup and paper napkins for our trek to Chauragarh. They told us that the hotel is packed but on the night when we were in the hotel, We were only guests in the rooms side area, maximum rooms were vacant. I dont know why they did not offer the rooms to us. The Lady who handles the booking process is very rude and totally improfessional person. The took the booking advance from me and then changed the rooms type and availability. When I complained about the things she started shouting on phone and told me that unless I give entire money I should not claim the booking, While the confirmation mail mentioned that 50% advance is to be given to confirm the booking. Despite this in written she was not ready to accept the mistake. She claimed that is she does not give me a booking, I will not get a booking in Pachmarhi. and I instantly found booking at Nilambar. Then When I started asking for refund of advance, she stopped replying to my messages or phone calls. Staff as already mentioned are good people. all the three stars are for them, property and location only. Carry a gulel with you to kee yourself safe from monkeys in whole of Pachmarhi.

Visited Pachmarhi on the 19th and 20th December 2020 after a long gap of 9 months due to Corona Pandemic. We stayed in Greendale Resort which was very near to Bison Lodge. The location and serenity of the area where the resort was situated was beautiful. It's a good location. We stayed in the Family Cottage which was having two bedrooms in it. Actually it was a 4 room set. Two bedrooms were fully furnished with all amenities. The bathroom were having all jaguar sanitary fittings. Since it was cold in night they had provided blowers in both the rooms. In the evening they also provided facility for bonfire sitting. The restaurant provided excellent food. Complementary breakfast was available and in the evening while checking out they also provided stuffed parantha for the journey. The staff was courteous well mannered. Though the names I am forgetting, Both the front desk staff were helpful in properly guiding us about the sightseeing. COVID protocols were duly maintained. The rooms were sanitised, Bathroom also clean and duly sanitised. Sanitisers were provide at the entrance of Resort as well in rooms too. The resort is worth staying and good for value of money.

The best property to stay in and around Pachmarhi. Cosy rooms with victorian feel to it, a beautiful garden with lanterns giving it ambient lighting, lovely walks in and around Greendale and a vibrant flora throughout the property. The service was great and the food was scrumptious. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will surely be back for more.

Excellent Ambience, Excellent Food with cordial well behaved staff. we stayed for 2 nights at Greendale Resort, Pachmarhi at Hill view cottage. Good facility with heater for cold climate. Breakfast was awesome with many varieties especially we liked Aloo Vada and Veg Cutlet. we had 2 ala cart dinner and enjoyed food. Pachmarhi has 2 sightseeing norms- Forest area and Non Forest area. we had only 1 day for sightseeing so we selected historical non forest area of Pachmarhi sightseeing with 1200 Rs for day in gypsy. Non forest area can be covered through rented gypsy or own car or rented cab. Bison Lodge & Museum is walking distance from resort from where forest sightseeing gypsy are booked. Forest area gypsy charges are not fixed by MP Govt, it keeps fluctuating as per weekends and festivals. Per Gypsy charge is 3000 Rs sightseeing + 1200 Rs forest charge entrance = 4200 Rs for a day. if you alight from Pipariya Railway station, cabs will be charging both ways Rs 1000-1200 one way. ( I feel it's high for 55 kms drop) Kids Play area should be included in resort with slides and swings or so that they can spend time in nature with games. Overall if you are in Pachmarhi, I highly recommend Greendale Resort for your stay.

Beautiful site, cosy spacious rooms, scrumptious food. Hosts took care of minute details. We loved connecting with nature and disconnecting with our busy work life for few days (wish it was more). Nothing more we could have asked for. Heaven on earth!

The resort offers the worst food that I have experienced ever in my life. The services offered by the staff is below standard and not a single staff member understands your request. They didnt even asked for the id card at the time of check in. They were also not sanitising the rooms and no proper hygiene standards are maintained. The food served is tasteless and also very cold. The owner of the property is a lady having worst attitude that anyone would come across ever. The lady dont have manners to talk to guest and neither she understands the request of the guests. She is the person who knly cares about money and firmly believes that the obligation of the hospitality industry is to offer only accomodation and does not provide any assurance for food or services. When we were checking out I complained about everything and asked for a apology from her and infact she started abusing us. Finally the cops were called and the matter was settled. Worst experience ever.

We 3 friends went to Pachmarhi for participating in Monsoon Marathon...and stayed for 2 nights in Greendale resort, Pachmarhi in Suites... Greendale Resort is very beautiful... Well maintained resort... Lush greenery inside the resort and outside the resort too... Convenient location in Pachmarhi.... First of all it was very near the START/FINISH point of Marathon... And it is not in the core Pachmarhi region... so not crowded.... though we stayed in Suites, we saw cottages also, which were also very very Beautifully made... Staff is very polite and good service by the Staff... Breakfast has wide variety of Tasty food.... Size of Room and Bathroom of Suites is quite large... Only one negative thing - Parking is not in covered area in Resort.. Parking is on main road

This resort has a great location, just 200 meters from the center of Panchmarhi. Its very pretty looking, has a well maintained large lawn where you can sit and relax, enjoy your meal and kids can play around. The rooms are decent, beds are not that good. The service though is very average, the food is also way below average. Its better to have your meals outside. The breakfast spread is huge, but all items are just about ok.
