Stayed there for 3 nights as I was attending a marriage in another hotel nearby. I stayed in suite room although booked an Executive room. I booked executive room but when landed was given a suite room. This suite room is basically a room only and has two single seater sofa in the room and probably that is why they call it a suite room. Size of the room is small and it would have been better to keep chairs instead of sofa in the room to make it little more spacious.

Room was clean and having a wooden floor surely helped. Bed sheets were clean but stained. I guess, thats the issue in smaller city hotels where replacing sheets pre-maturely (unless they are torn) is seldom considered. Bathroom was also clean and functional. Surprisingly, LCD TV was big size and nice.

Breakfast was decent with combination of Idli/Vada Sambhar, Puri Bhaji, Toast, 2 fruits and one more dish like Poha, Noodles or something else. They should probably add few more options in breakfast. Or at least change some dishes rather than keeping them same every day. For a day visitor its fine but people who stay more than 2 nights, it's boring to see same options everyday.

The Deluxe room was clean, though small. Furnishing was ample and sheets and towel clean. The toilet was ok with running hot water. Breakfast (included) was basic but good. Service quality was excellent - with requests being returned with the shortest turnaround time. This hotel on a busy market junction had what it takes to be very good small town business hotel, but......

The incessant noise level through all hours of day and night kills it. The noise from the streets below is to be expected, and a compromise one makes for the location, which some travelers choose on will. However, the rooms are set across narrow corridors, and all conversations permeate the walls. They also have bell push services in all rooms, and any one of them can be heard across the floor. The service staff shout across the corridor, and the service desk (which every floor has, to provide the excellent service) has a telephone which keeps ringing through the night.

I stayed 2 nights, including the New Year, and while the revelry on the New Year's Eve was to be expected and tolerated, the 2 sleepless nights are something I am never going to repeat.

Recommended only if you are stone deaf, or really lonesome. Otherwise, best avoided.

I stayed for 3 nights on a business cum tourism trip. Hotel is well located. Staff is excellent. Restaurant is good.

But all else below average. Was checked into (lower) delux room, then into a discoloured suite with a rusted freeze and pideon eggs outside a window.
The rooms are stinking with phenyl tablets. I removed 15! of them from the suite.
Wifi is only reliable in the lobbies of floors.

Only advantage is that this is on main road and on center location of Jabalpur. Over priced rooms and rooms were old not cleaned and had mosquitoes. The only resort I saw where they gave Free Water Bottle during CheckOut, not sure who gave this foolish idea to their Mgmt. During stay, I requested for Water Bottle which generally all Resort provide complementary (1 or 2 bottles daily) and they charged for that and during check out they gave me Free Water bottles. I finalized some rate with the person who was sitting at the reception and during check out that person did not agreed on the discussion and charged more that finalized rate with me. Overall I really had a bad stay and will never refer anyone for this

I stayed two days in this hotel with family, I'd quote this as an average hotel, only executives rooms are Ok, Deluxe rooms are horrible, a bit overpriced compare to the quality of room.
Food is Good. Staff is friendly but few points.
- Room Cleaning: You have to ask.
- Change of towel and bed-sheet: you have to ask.
Don't expect TV or room lights to work properly.

Let me start with Positive points. Located at heart of Jabalpur, It has ample parking space for 4 wheelers. Interior Lightings, Ambience and surrounding all adds to the aesthetics. Quality of food is OK and budgeted. Few points which the management needs to look into is fast removal of used plates, neatness of dinning area and provide additional staff during peak period.

I stopped for a quick two night stay at Jabalpur & stayed in room no 102 on first floor

The room given was very shabby. Even the floor was not swept and I had to ask the room service to get the room cleaned properly. The bed sheet was torn in one place and I had to get that changed too. AC was working but it was located in a sort of corridor in the room. Worse part was that AC temp was too cold and I didnt have any sort of remote or cooling control. One had to get up time and again from bed to swicth on-switch off the AC which was really painful.
The water jug provided was dirty and I ordered a water bottle to be on the safe side. The worst part was that the hotel boy didnt even bother to change the water jug even after complaining as I had already ordered a water bottle which meant more revenue for the hotel.
The ceiling of room was damp and moist and paint was coming off. The telephone set in the room wasnt working and I had to get it changed too.
Location wise the hotel is very conveniently located at Russel chowk. However the room given was just overseeing the traffic and lot of noise was there in room constantly
Breakfast was included in the stay but was pretty standard stuff, though idli-sambar was not bad. Service again was terrible and waiters were not just interested in their job
