"Kabbe Holidays is one of my favourite places in Coorg. Unspoilt and spectacularly beautiful, the hills are truly alive with the sounds of nature. Breathtaking waterfalls crash down into the valley and the air is so pure and always fresh. Summer, monsoon or winter, Kabbe Holidays is the one place in Coorg closest to heaven on earth."-Prasad BidapaFashion and Image Consultant (Comment from one of our guests)

I am so glad that we chose this place to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. Located amidst the scenic Kabbe hills, this place is a perfect getaway from the Bangalore madness. Lush green, relaxed & comfortable to live in; Kabbe holidays proved to be a home away from home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was amazing. The hosts Dileep Sir & Vidya Ma'am took such a good care of us that they felt like family by the time we left the place. Had some excellent long conversations with both of them. They serve the food so lovingly that we tended to overeat at every meal. Each meal had some local delicacies which were beyond yummy. I strongly recommend that you choose this as a place to stay while in Coorg. The hosts will make sure that you don't have to worry about

We visited in the month of May and stayed at Kabbe for two nights. The place is a truly heaven on Earth. We didn't feel like going anywhere but just stay at the deluxe cottage which had a beautiful view from the sit out. The place is on an elevated place making it suitable for all seasons. The hospitality and people are so great that you feel like visiting them often. Food is delicious and of good quality- you can definitely make out the difference from other homestays who may have a good taste but do not have the home made quality in it. They have places nearby like a waterfall, stream, a hill to spend your time and make it memorable. Overall, we are happy to have stayed there and would definitely be the first choice for our next short trips.

Enjoyed living amidst nature with mist flowing, hills, birds chirping and the sounds of cicadas.Add to that the delicious food at the homestay. So much of variety and full of taste. Both Vidya and Dilip are very good hosts..had good conversations with them and also heard melodious music.Ideal if you are wanting to enjoy nature in the hills and not wanting the commercial bit which comes with Mussoorie and Simla. Also the walk in the estate with Dilip enriched us with info on the types of coffee and helped us identify pepper, cardamom and various other plants.Memorable stay. Hope to return sometime again.

I wish I could give kabbe holidays more than 5 stars!! The Dreamy place, the delicious food, host who made us feel like home.. Kabbe holidays made our coorg trip the most memorable. Me and my brother Vinay would love to visit again just to have some green therapy, sip in the special Bella coffee and also the home made chilli wine, chat with Vidhya and Dileep, soak ourselves in the Magical Madikeri Manju to refresh and rejuvenate! Hope to see you guys in the next monsoon :) - Manasa & Vinay

Our stay at Kabbe Holidays was class apart from all the other family holidays we have had till date. Lush green surroundings, incessant rains, peaceful and quality family time amidst nature at its best, a taste of Coorg lifestyle and food and to top it all the care and warmth bestowed by Dilip and Vidya. We could feel an instant connection with them. It was as if we were visiting our close relatives. A must have holiday! I feel the hills are already calling me back....😊

Gathered some unforgettable experiences. Homely atmosphere.Comfortable and Excellent stay and the behaviour and hospitality received from the couple will remain in our heart forever !! Just cannot forget the way they treated us. Truly delicious and mouth-watering dishes they made for us. Sweet dishes need special mention. They entertained us to the extent, knowing that we are Bengali and Tagore lover, the lady Vidya started playing Rabindrasangeet in her mobile even if they didn't understand a single word. They deserve more than 5 stars

Still an untouched beauty, this place is truly a home away from home. In the middle of coffee & herb plantations, and almost at the top of the hill. Not sure if it is the beauty of the surrounding, or the warmth of the owners Mrs & Mr Chengappa, who seemed more like those favourite relatives that we would want to visit every year during vacation. We moved them, and our kids loved them. They make you feel secure, and very much at home. We all would surely miss them till we visit again. Our Love and Best Wishes.

Enjoyed the drive to this homestay, narrow roads concreted - was worried how it could be heading little far from state highway. Astonished upon reaching - what a maintenance of the property and great hospitality. Clean and hygiene rooms, yummy traditional coorg food. Head on early morning to the mountain - 30 to 40 mins walk to peak and enjoy the nature at its peak. Great very friendly host and the staff. No regret stay, but we were there only for one night - will definitely head back some other time with a bunch of friends / family.

Kabbe holidays is situated on a picturesque coffee plantation. The whole area is stunningly beautiful. Dilip is wonderfully generous with his time and organised a guided tour of Tadiandamol peak for us. The food was the best we tasted in our 6 weeks in INdia and some of the best I have ever had. Most enjoyable stay, I would recommend 100%. Thank you Dilip and staff. Bryan, Kate, and Taylor
