I liked this hotel because of it's cleanliness. Office staffs are very conscious about neatness. I stayed here two nights. Very co-operative staffs. Rooms are not so spacious. But its ok. Toilets are hygienic..
I happened to stay here when I was attending marriage in Arsikere. It's pretty decent place compared to other options available in Arsikere. Just a decent place to stay in, change over and move on. Rooms are clean but can be better.
We traveled from Pune & got down at Arsikere at 11:30pm on Diwali vacation days. Our further trip was to Madikeri. We stayed in Ravi Residency, Arsikere on 24th October 2014 for 1 night. My comments about hotels as below Pro: Surprisingly nice clean room with hot water. We took Family Non-AC room & cost was Rs. 936 for 2 double bed. Both beds are big & can easily accommodate 4 adults. Bed sheet & blanket are nicely clean without any smell or stains. Room service was okay. We haven’t ordered any food or anything extra, as we are supposed to check out next morning at 8:30am. Easily can see from Arsikere Junction as board is on top of the hotel with light & it is only 200mts from station. Next to hotel has a nice bakery. Booking can be done over the phone without any advance payment. Cons: Hotel does not have restaurant, so room service may delayed. Around the hotel has some residence and small shops. Most important is call after 8pm to do booking as during the day either non one picked the phone or person was out of hotel. Water quality of Arsikere is not good as they are depend on Bore well. Overall the stay was very good & I recommend this hotel for 1 days stay. Tip: Have breakfast at Hotel Raghavendra at circle, which is just 50mts away. Not too clean, but very nice south Indian breakfast with nice taste!…
